Is there a way to debug the following code where the line for the console.log doesn't log the message "Test message" in console? But the next line alert("Test Alert") works fine. $(document).ready(function() { console.log("Test message"); alert("Test Alert");}); One more thing to notice is in below code, "0000" is printed in output but not "99": <script>$(document).ready(function(){ console.log("99");});console.log("0000");</script> I have tried changing the version of the jquery CDN link to the previous versions and am still facing the same issue.Using this version of jquery:<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

we have a requirement where the emails has to be sent via an API instead of an SMTP server from AEM. Is there a way to override Email service in AEM? Or how can we come over the SMTP connectivity.
Hi everyone, I have a website in AEM Cloud, with custom CDN Imperva (that should be forwarding the header, since is exposing it also in the response section) and my goal is to redirect users based on their country, to the correct site. Here is what I've done:Added "X-Aem-Client-Country" both in the clientheaders.any and the site.farm file. In the last one is in the /cache /headers sectionAdded "Header set Vary "X-Aem-Client-Country" in the site.vhost fileAdded custom rewrites in the rewrite.rules file. Here is an example:RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/?$RewriteCond %{HTTP:X-Aem-Client-Country} ^US$ [NC]RewriteRule ^.*$ /en-us [R=301,L]As a "default" page I've left a "country choice" page that should hit when the country code is not among the ones specified in the rewrite.rules fileI've tried also with the name of the header in uppercase or lowercase but it changes nothing. Maybe I'm forgetting something, but the situation right now is that the site is not redirecting to specific
We've all had these moments of dread. Your Salesforce admin pings you on Instant Message, and asks you... "Why is Marketo updating {insert random data value not associated at all with Marketing}?" You go into Marketo, and upon doing some research you find that the record was indeed updated, but in the Marketo Activity Log you can clearly see that the record update was made by "sfdc" (Salesforce). You, after conducting some research/troubleshooting, reply back to your Salesforce admin and tell them that Marketo is telling you that the record was updated by Salesforce. They, however, reply back to you and share a screenshot of the Salesforce record with the record history, and Salesforce is telling them that the record update was attributed to "Marketo Sync" (let's assume that this is the name of your sync profile). Who's right? Technically, you both are but you need some more information to help you have this conversation with your
Introduction The process of making Adobe Analytics (AA) Analysis Workspace projects available in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) requires careful AA administrative planning, preparation, and execution. It's crucial to understand that this isn't a one-way migration where AA projects are deprecated, but rather an admin-driven "porting" of AA projects to CJA at a specific point in time for a given Analysis Workspace project. Be mindful of the prerequisites for this process, including supported ingestion pathways, CJA-side Connection and Data View setup requirements, and CJA Data Views user permission provisioning. Adobe Experience League outlines the porting workflow, covering the steps to take within Adobe Analytics, instructions on how to retry a failed migration, and guidance on monitoring the porting progress of AA projects to CJA using the Admin component migration page. This diagram illustrates the key steps in the porting process, from initial organizational alignment to

Assurance (formerly Project Griffon) is a tool within Adobe Experience Platform designed for implementation validation. It is extremely helpful to check extension versions, inspect data values, store testing logs, and troubleshoot implementation issues. While Assurance can help to validate your Web SDK implementation, it is particularly useful for mobile app implementations as it replaces tools like Charles that can be difficult to use for specific use cases such as validating an Analytics implementation. This blog will guide you through getting started with Assurance and key tools to help you with your mobile app validation. Installing & Registering Assurance To get started with Assurance, install and register the extension in your app. First, add the AEP Assurance extension in your Tags property. This step should be relatively easy as there is nothing to configure within the extension - just search the catalog for AEP Assurance, install the extension, and publish your libra
Revenue Impact refers to the influence that changes or interventions have on an organization’s total revenue. It serves as a tangible measure of success and informs decision-making. For organizations aiming for growth and optimization, revenue impact is a critical tool. The formula for Revenue Impact is as follows: Daily Unique Visitors x Conversion Rate x AOV x 364 x Lift Daily Unique Visitors: This represents the number of distinct visitors to your website in a single day. It’s a crucial metric for understanding your site’s traffic. Conversion Rate: The conversion rate is the percentage of visitors who perform a desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up. It’s calculated as the number of orders divided by the number of unique visitors. Average Order Value (AOV): AOV reflects the average amount of money a customer spends per order. It’s calculated as total revenue divided by the number of orders. Lift: Lift refers to the positive change
In a recent blog, we introduced using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Assurance for mobile apps, including steps for installation, connecting to session, and covering some of the helpful tools within Assurance. Assurance enables you to validate your mobile implementation by verifying events, shared states, extension versions, and more, ensuring your implementation is configured correctly and running smoothly. This post will focus on using Assurance to validate and troubleshoot your Adobe Analytics implementation. Using the new Analytics Events makes achieving data accuracy easier than ever. Getting Started Ensure that you are connected to an Assurance session and have Analytics Events enabled. If you don’t see Analytics Events in your navigation bar, you will need to configure the side bar to add it. Analytics Events Once connected, you’ll start seeing your Analytics events flow into Assurance. In the Events tab, the Detail column will show the event
Adobe provides multiple ways to exclude data (that you have collected) from your final Analytics reporting data set. The most common method in use today is the IAB Bot Filtering tool, which (by default) excludes any hits containing a User-Agent header that matches a list of “bot-based” headers provided by the IAB itself. The tool also allows you to provide your own list of “custom” User-Agents or IP Addresses that you would want to exclude hits from. Using IAB Bot Filtering or other such tools is a great first step, but your Adobe Analytics implementation will still face two major problems:Not all incoming hits can be identified as bots by just examining the User-Agent header or the IP Address; some bots use ordinary User-Agent headers and/or can readily change their IP Addresses to mask their activity.Even if your IAB Bot Filtering setup is able to properly identify all of your incoming bot activity, that bot activity is identified only after an Adobe Analytics
By @jacob-dddev & @kopeti In the previous part of this 2-part series, we considered some of the reasons for choosing server-side data collection. In this second part, we will explore various APIs available, including the Edge Network Server API, Media Edge API, and Data Ingestion API, along with their benefits, technical aspects, and interesting fun facts.
