When creating a layout templates, allow the Backlog page to be hidden in the navigation panel and also the Hide/unhide button for the Backlog list on the Kanban view. This will enable access control for agile team members who don't need access to the backlog.
When on the proof detail page in WF view, the name showing should reflect the file name of the proof for the specific version that is selected in the version drop-down menu at the moment.
Description - Requesting for a new Metric to be added, which will give the number of Days a user visited a Page / Feature in a specific time period. Why is this feature important to you - Since the past few months, we have been getting a lot of asks on the Day frequency for users to a construct, which is not available in Omniture currently. With multiple new features being added to Flipkart, this has become a critical metric for us, to monitor the stickiness of users. How would you like the feature to work - For the overall platform or any specific page, we can get Visits or Visitors. 'Days' as a metric will give us the count of the number of Days in a date range that the user visited.Current Behaviour - There is no metric which will tell us the number of Days a user visited on the platform or a particular construct. A lot of analyses are blocked due to this.
There are some reviewers like Regulatory who need to make dozens of comments and have offline collaboration on a routed PDF before adding comments to the proof. While they like PHQ (Workfront Proof) by-and-large, in our old system it was more efficient to download the PDF, collaborate and make comments, and upload it via Adobe's FDF file functionality (where offline comments can be merged with a shared online proof). So whereas in our old system they could upload the final comments via FDF in 15 minutes, it takes an hour to completely retype and re-markup online. That's costing us valuable time and money.
To ease the assignment of people to still unassigned tasks, wouldn't it be fantastic to see in a pop-up which Jobrole is linked to the unassigned task at the moment that you hover over the task?
It would be helpful if you could make a Parent task with several Child tasks recur as a set instead of just one task recurring at a time.
This box doesn't seem to do anything. If it's just for the end user to manually input the number of hours that should be paid as overtime, then we would like the ability to hide this field. Our Payroll department determines how many hours on the timesheet should be qualified for overtime pay - not the user. This is because there are specific rules around calculating overtime that user's don't necessarily know.
Description -For the Adobe Audience Manager Business Practitioner Adobe Certified Expert Exam Guide Exam number: AD0-E453. Are there any specific topic resources available for free to me?Why is this feature important to you -Due to get booked in from work & sit the exam January next year. I am also looking at once I've passed the above, to sit the Master exam for AAM. How much of a knowledge jump up is this? I believe there are just 2x AAM exams ? Any advice/help would be great! When going into the Edit Task window there is not much space to operate within the window. The lack of a horizontal scroll bar makes it tough to work in as well. I would love to see the ability to use this window with more real estate.
Adobe Campaign Manager Classic V7 8889Use case Description :Lack of adequate documentation on API/JS framework within ACMBusiness Value :Reduce the learning curve for our campaign developers with right level of documentation
User is requesting the ability to Subscribe to their requests with the 'Requests I've Submitted' tab, rather than having to open up each request and subscribe.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - Product Price in Order Confirmation / Recommendations in Email DesignerHow would you like the feature to work - Flexibility for formatting/ ability to do some calculations on available personalization fields (similar to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/recommendations-design/customizing-a-template.html?lang=en#customize-a-design-using-velocity)Current Behavior - 1. Product price (through custom resource fields) which is stored and already rounded to 2 decimal places is displayed with 12 decimal places and there is no way to fix that. 2. data-nl-* attributes and their usage is not documented. Would need the flexibility to change/ manipulate these in Email Designer source code.
Workfront timesheet starts on Sunday. Our workweek starts on Monday. In order to sync up our timesheets with our pay periods, we have the timesheet start on Monday. This creates a grayed out box for the first Sunday (WF's start of week) and then creates a second week that has a Sunday where we can enter hours but the rest of the days are grayed out. This really confuses people.
It would be great if there were record count fields for each object and custom form that we could use to display in views of any sort (e.g. reports, lists, etc). This would also allow us to use these in the creation of calculated fields (objects) and columns (reports).Examples:- Total tasks / total projects = x- Total record count for projects / total record count including custom form A = x
DescriptionTypically, we want to compare the latest version of a rule/element to the live version. It is very rare that we want to compare to the previously saved version which is likely to be a minor tweak/save point. Why is this feature important to you? This simple enhancement would save timeHow would you like the feature to work?Default to live revision vs. latest revision. For example, if the current revision is 10, and the live revision is 6, default to revision 6 (live) vs. revision 10 (latest)Current Behaviour?Defaults to latest revision -1 vs. latest revision . For example, if the current revision is 10, and the live revision is 6, if currently defaults to revision 9 vs. revision 10(latest)
Currently, when you edit a global approval process that is already in use, your changes affect all objects throughout the system that are already associated with it. If you add a new approver to the current stage on an approval process that has already started on an object, the process for that object resets and the approvers have to start over. This makes it difficult to maintain updates to global approval paths without affected objects that are in progress. For example, I have a case where a team leader has been promoted to another department. I now have to remove him from an approval path, and add his successor, however there are close to 80 items that have already entered the approval path, and which will now be reset for all the previous approvers to have to 're-approve' the item. My work around is to create a new approval path, and link the queue topic to the new approval path so that any new items are linked to the new path, but it would be nice to be able to govern whet
Many entities are using Google vs Outlook as their email / calendar solution. It would be helpful to have the ability to connect Workfront to Google.
Most of our primary metrics are engagement (non-discrete). Unfortunately they are not available to be used as a primary metric in Target. Therefore, you can not use auto allocate (or auto-target) based on an optimizing things like pages views or visits.
Have something similar to what Primavera software provides, by having the ability to list steps within a task assignment and even have check boxes to mark each step as done. These would not be considered their own tasks as they all take very little time on their own but are often multiple components to completing one task - and it would be helpful to incorporate into our WF timelines. Check boxes do not affect the percent complete, they are not assigned separately, and are not required to be checked for the task to close - just a nice option in case people want to use them. A tool enhancement like this could potentially simplify some of our more complex timelines.
Currently the copy of the timesheet reminder notification is confusing and does not provide the user with good context to what it is about. It would be great if the body of these notifications could be customized, or at least if there was a better default copy. Something as simple as:"Dear FNAME,You have a new time sheet available for START DATE - END DATE.Please click here to enter your time"Currently the copy of the notifications reads:"Notification Object: TIMESHEET NAME"
We should be able to hide or disable these default options as they do not apply to the work we do. Having them always on a project confuses users when we have user-define hour types available to be selected.
When looking at the workload balancer, I would love to see (when hover over available hours of given user on a given day) on what schedule he/she is running. in a similar fashion as the information about What is more, it would be wonderful if users could ad hoc modify the working hours using "time-off" area in personal profile. For me, at the moment this is counterintuitive. When prompt says “working hours” and I see my usual working hours, my intuition says I’m modifying my schedule for today when I change both start/end time. To be honest that would be expected behaviour from our perspective to define in time-off are schedule exceptions, e.g. my schedule is 9am-5pm, but this Friday, I have doctors appointment in the morning, and will work 11am-7pm. If I want to input that information to the system, there is no way of doing this without modifying the schedule. And most users do not have access to system area where you modify schedule, because usually schedules are set up on e.g. team l
I guess, this is a bug where I always need Marketo Support: If I clone a program with tokens and I delete some tokens in the mailing, because I don`t need them here, I am not able to delete the same tokens in the tokens tab. It still says, that they are used, although the do not exist anymore in my mailing (hmtl & text version). It only works in that way: 1. unlink my mailing from all campaigns 2. unapproving mailing 3. deleting mailing 4. deleting tokens 5. cloning the mailing from another program 6. updating the mailing 7. linking the mailing to my campaigns that is very time consuming. Maybe Marketo can solve that bug.
Often times, we play around with Smart List Filters to check potential results. We build a Smart List, add filters and then check how many and/or which records are being returned. There's some trial and error here, such as "What if I removed the filter for language - does it even make a difference?" And sometimes just one filter might be pretty complex if you have some constraints on it. Now, if you want to test things by adding or removing filters, you have to remove them completely, and then re-build them if you decided you need to keep them. Wouldn't it be awesome if you could just toggle them on and off? Here's an example from the video game "Path of Exile" and its trade filters: See the toggle on the left hand side. Three of six filters are active for the current query.
"Proof failed to generate" - a Retry button. There should be a Retry button instead of re-uploading option only.
