Hi all,I'm working on an AEM component and trying to get a property from the dialog using Sling Models. Here's a snippet of my code:@Model(adaptables = Resource.class)public class MyComponentModel {@586265private String title;public String getTitle() {return title;}} However, when I try to use this model in my HTL file like this:<div data-sly-use.model="com.myproject.models.MyComponentModel">${model.title}</div> The title is always showing as null, even though I have set it in the dialog. Can anyone help me understand what’s going wrong?
Hi everyone,I am facing an issue in OOTB page property "Advanced tab -> Robots tags" field in we-retail project. Please provide your input on this issue.In We-retail project, I am checking 2 pages --> Language Masters - /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/experience/test and CA EN live copy - /content/we-retail/us/en/experience/test. I added "noindex, follow" values in "Robots tags" field and rolled out this page. In crx/de, I am able to see the live copy has "Robots tags" field value as "noindex, follow" but I am not able to see the changes in Page Properties - http://localhost:4504/mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/properties.html?item=/content/we-retail/ca/en/experience/test. In language masters Page Properties - http://localhost:4504/mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/properties.html?item=/content/we-retail/language-masters/en/experience/test, I am able to see the "Robots tags" value correctly.
Hi, I'm planning to send some data from ACS via External API activity to Dynamics 365, but Dynamics 365 authentication token expires every 1hr, I can't be able to send data out automatically (need to manually update the token after it expires). Could anyone please suggest what needs to be done to fetch new authentication token after expiration / after 1hr. Thanks!
Hi Team, Is there anyway to update the destination dataflow in AEP, for example, i have built the Dataflow to write the data to GCS bucket, my first run extracted all the data and pushed it to the bucket and the subsequent runs were bringing the incremental data , everything works fine till now, however we decided to include manifest file to the export so that we can use it as a trigger for our pipelines to run in our Google cloud. But when we tried to implement this it didn't let us update the dataflow, instead we ended up building a new one, the challenge here is when the new dataflow is built it is bringing in all the data (Even when incremental options is selected). Any other option to update the destination dataflow without recreating it? ThanksNaresh
Description - Have the ability to edit Shadow DOM elements using the HTML editor in the VEC, which is currently not supported.Why is this feature important to you -Many of our business users rely on the VEC, and adoption would significantly increase if this capability were available. It would reduce dependency on developers, save time and resources, and accelerate test launches.How would you like the feature to work - When you click on a Shadow DOM element in the VEC, have "Edit HTML" as an optionCurrent Behaviour - When you click on a Shadow DOM element in the VEC, "Edit HTML" does not appear
Description - For privacy and security, our org only gives access to the Resource Manager/Planner feature to a handful of Resource Managers. It would be great if team members, who do not have access to the Resource Manager feature, could self-serve and have access to a report that only shows their AVL, PLN, ACT and DIF values. Why is this feature important to you - With the lack of out of the box custom Resource Management reporting, team members have no way of seeing what their Resource Managers are seeing in the Resource Manager/Planner view. How would you like the feature to work - Update Resource Manager/Planner where when access is given to non Resource Manager team members, the system is configurable so that they are only allowed to access pre-made filters that have been shared with them. The filters cannot be updated or shared and will restrict what data they can see. Current Behaviour - Resource Managers/Planners are sharing reports with their team that disp
Hi! We like to use the operators available under 'general function' when configuring 'Search Criteria' in Fusion. But we cannot seem to get it to work. Can one of you help us with our query? 1. In case we configure the search criteria like in this screenshot directly below, the scenario works. 2. But as this is the same object and just to different values, we would like to combine this using the 'OR-statement' like seen in the screenshot directly below. However, this config in Fusion returns an error. Can some determine what we are doing wrong?
How can I configure journey to route users into different content variants within a single journey based on real-time event thresholds like >10 purchases in the last 72 hours without having to create separate segments for each threshold?
Based on the documentation here, I understand sending audiences from AEP to AC will be more streamlined in Adobe Campaign v8: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/email-marketing/adobe-campaign-managed-services#_blankA few questions:1. Will the data be stored as a List in AC? 2. Will we be able to export array data - note, the mechanism to export array objects already exists in current state AEP, but it is not very straightforward. Custom coding is required at the destination setup level. Will this change at all with v8? I am guessing not, since this will be an enhancement to AEP, rather than AC, but asking for confirmation.

Hello, Hoping someone can assist.I need to compile field-level data from multiple tasks and add it to a CSV file. The issue I’m facing is that the data is arriving in separate bundles, whereas I need it in a single bundle to correctly position the fields in the CSV, ensuring they appear in the right order and row.Does anyone know of a way to merge separate bundles into a single, easily manageable data set? Any suggestions would be very welcome!
Hey folks,I’m working on a Workspace project and trying to create those slick drop-down filters in the top filter bar (like Device Type, Marketing Channel, etc.). I’m dragging the dimension into the area that says “Drop a segment here (or any other component)”, but I don’t get the gear icon or the “Filter with drop-down” option.Here’s what I’ve tried:Dragged standard dimensions (e.g., Device Type, Countries) — not metrics or segments.Made sure I’m not dropping into the panel body "Drop a segment here (or any other component)", only into the top filter bar.Hovered to find the gear icon — no luck.Checked my access — I have edit rights.Followed below steps:How to Create Dropdown Filters in Adobe Analytics Workspace:Open Your Workspace ProjectGo to your Adobe Analytics → Workspace → Open or create a project.Drag a Dimension to the Drop ZoneOn the left-hand side, find the dimension you want to filter by (e.g., Marketing Channel, Device Type, Countries, etc.).Drag it to the top area where it
Hi Community,I want to run an A/B test on Whole Emails in Marketo Engage, but my emails are built using snippets. Can anyone share how I can conduct an A/B test on full emails when they are built with snippets? If you have any experience with this in Marketo Engage, please let me know.Here’s my thought process: I think I would have to create two versions of my snippets… one version for Email A and another snippet for Email B… is that correct?Just wanted to check with experts before I move forward. Thank you for your expertise!
I am currently in the process of making some changes to content in one of our active nurture programs. One of the changes that has been requested is to flip flop the order of emails 4 and 5 in a particular stream. My initial thought was to just swap the priority of the programs so that offer 5 would come before 4 but now i'm not sure if that's the best solution. 1) If someone was sent email 5 before the swap, then the order is changed, would they receive email 4 again in the next cast or move on to email 6? Our email send campaigns only allow people to flow through once, so I don't believe they would be sent email 4 again but thought i'd confirm. 2) If someone is sent email 4 and then I swap the order of the email programs so that 5 comes before it, would they receive email 5 in the next cast since they have not been sent it yet? Or, would they just move on to offer 6? Any insights, advice or solutions on how to execute this change would be greatly appr

Hello,I am trying to set a variable using targetData in Javascript. My code looks like this but I keep getting "targetData not defined" error message. I've confirmed my targetData and the alias is correct. Any ideas? I will need to use the vars.deliverylabel in a file name in a file export activity. // Get delivery labelvars.deliverylabel = targetData.@deliverylabel;
Hi Everyone, I'm currently working on an Edge Delivery Services (EDS) project using XWalk and trying to fetch data from an AEM GraphQL endpoint. Here’s the simplified JavaScript logic I’m using:const isAuthor = window.location.hostname.includes('adobeaemcloud'); const domain = isAuthor ? '' : 'publish-pxxx-exxxxx.adobeaemcloud.com'; const endpoint = '/graphql/execute.json/eds-dummy/faqs'; const url = domain ? https://${domain}${endpoint} : endpoint; const response = await fetch(url); const data = await response.json();I also followed the steps outlined in the Publishing pages with AEM Assets article and applied the following changes:Updated paths.json:{ "mappings": [ "/content/eds-dummy/:/" ], "includes": [ "/content/eds-dummy/", "/content/dam/eds-dummy/" ] }Set Cloud Configuration for the DAM folder (/content/dam/eds-dummy/): Went to Assets → /content/dam/eds-dummy/ Opened Properties → Cloud Services Set the Cloud Configuration to /conf/eds-dummy and saved. In this post, we’ll explore how you can stay informed about your scheduled queries by setting up alerts in Adobe Experience Platform. These alerts help monitor query runs and notify you of important status SQL query updates—so you can act quickly when things don’t go as planned. Why Use Query Alerts?Query alerts let you subscribe to real-time notifications for specific states of a scheduled query. You can choose to receive alerts when:A query startsA query succeedsA query failsA query is delayed beyond a set thresholdA query is quarantinedThis makes it easier to track automated workflows without constantly checking their status manually. How to Set Alerts for Scheduled QueriesWhen creating or editing a scheduled query in the Query Editor, you’ll see an option to subscribe to alerts for different states. Here’s how to use it:In the scheduled query setup, scroll to the Alerts section.Select the checkboxes for the alert types you want to subscribe to (start, success, failure, et
You can send communication at any time but if your messages don’t get to your customers at the right time, they won’t be effective. Think of multitude of this issue if you have common operating paradigm with no brand and no market isolation with shared AEP/AJO instance for global implementation. With no isolation of data and operating groups it will be very tricky to send some communications based on consumer active time + time zone. Lets chime in to a use case: Consider an operating model in which a marketing or operations team works from a single geolocation in a single time zone and must plan a campaign that takes into account the user's active time of the day and the time zone they are in (where they have consumers from multiple geos).This would be tricky to orchestrate campaigns based on consumers active time + time zone and in some situations due to time zone differences we might have to send the communication next day's based on next days active time + time z
Introduction: Fast Development with High Quality Isn’t a Myth—We’re Living It At Adobe, we know that our customers rely on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to deliver seamless, timely, and personalized customer experiences. That’s why we have made it our mission to catch issues before they reach our customers – and resolve them quickly when they do. How? With something we call Customer Use Case (CUC) Automation. While we continue to invest in traditional testing methods like unit tests, functional tests, and integration checks, Customer Use Case (CUC) Automation goes a step further. It tests AJO the way our customers actually use it—across journeys, segments, profiles, message authoring, delivery, and more. By mirroring real user workflows end to end, CUC ensures everything works together seamlessly, just as you’d expect in a live environment. This means better reliability, faster issue resolution, and smoother experience for our team and our customers. Here’s t

In this post, we will outline how you can take a prediction statement, build predictions using Adobe Real-time CDP Customer AI, and then create intelligent audiences using these predictions. Let’s say our prediction statement is to “Predict who’s most likely to purchase product X in the next 30 days using web behavior data and customer product holding and loyalty status.” This goal provides us with several key components that guide the setup of a Customer AI app. (a.k.a. predictive model) Here’s how each element of this goal translates to the core concepts of predictive modeling. 1. Input Data: Time Series and Events What are Time Series and Events? These are signals that capture user actions or behaviors over time. In our goal, “web behavior data” is a time series input because it tracks actions like
