I have a lookup project for markets and many of them are 1:1 with a single city. If someone chooses a market and there is only one city resulting, is there any way to autoselect that value instead of them manually having to select the single result from the dropdown? Is this a place where a Fusion scenario might be a better fit than an external lookup field?
We should be able to reference custom fields associated to a Typeahead object through Calculated Custom Fields and Calculated Columns.valuefield=[Typeahead Field Name]:[Custom Field]Ex. My organization uses a User Custom Form to track employee details such as 'Department' or 'Employee Number'. When a request is submitted on behalf of another employee we would like to use the Typeahead field to identify the employee and then have a set of calculated custom fields to 'auto fill' in the rest of the employee details.

We have roughly 7,500+ users on Workfront globally. In a small number of cases, where a user shares the same first name and last name, we are unable to distinguish which user is which when "@" tagging them into an update or other. It would be great if Workfront could either add an additional data point when tagging users in updates or add the user profile hover-over functionality to the draft update module to help determine if you are reaching the right person.Example below:Any questions, do let me know.Best regards,Christian
Hi community, I've been dabbling with the Attribution panel in CJA to solve some analytics use cases. I was wondering, what exactly happens when you filter the Attribution Success Metric (my Success metric is a Session scope metric) within the freeform table, by an Event level or Session level segment on top? Wondering if placing it over the metric either 1) filters the type of events or Sessions included in the Success metric component, or 2) if it actually filters the Dimension items within the attribution freeform? Couldn't seem to find this detail in the CJA documentation (if anyone has any docs other than Attribution Panel | Adobe Customer Journey Analytics let me know!!) The example here is, I am trying to attribute Web pages to an application submission event online, and the Success metric is the submit page of that flow. The metric I've selected in the Attribution panel for app submissions is not product specific, and was wondering if I could place a filter
Hi AEM Gurus, I have a JSON Array like below sample {"sites": {"label": "Parent LABEL","mobileLabel": "Parent Mobile Label","items": [{"href": "www.google.com","id": "goog","label": "Google Search"},{"href": "www.yahoo.com","id": "yah","label": "yahoo site"},{"href": "www.wikipedia.com","id": "wiki","label": "wikipedia"}]}}Now i am trying to Iterate and get the values from this JSON array using data-sly-list something like as shown in below structure<ul data-sly-list.key="${model.jsonarray}"><li><a href="${key.href}">${key.label} - ${key.id}</a></li></ul>I know we can iterate Arraylist or a Map object but how do I iterate a JSON array. Please suggest. Regards,Rajashankar.R
What a Kickoff! Over 100 AEM fans from across India came together—virtually and in spirit—for our first-ever AEM India User Group meetup on July 10. The chat was buzzing, the vibes were high, and the energy? Let’s just say…you had to be there! This wasn’t just another tech session—it felt like the start of something bigger: a local community of smart, curious, and generous AEM professionals ready to share ideas, tools, and inside tips. Highlights You Don’t Want to Miss: “Why we’re here” One of our AEM champions, @divanshug, Senior AEM Consultant at TechX, shared the real reason behind this initiative: “India has one of the largest AEM user bases in the world—so why not build a local space to learn, share, and grow together?” Tools and takeaways didn’t disappoint either: AEM Fiddle from ACS Tools Seen it in docs? Now you’ve seen it live. This dev-fave lets you test Use scripts, troubleshoot servlets, and run JCR queries—all without a full deployment cycle. &nbs
Hi there, is there a way to find all Assets which have failed Asset Renditions (so they have jcr:content/dam:failedRenditions where the reason is not "RenditionFormatUnsupported")?We would need this information for the following two reasons:- Check for corrupt Assets that can't be processed to manually resolve those issues- Check if our custom processors (using the Asset Compute Microservice Extensibility) failed for some reason Our initial approach was, to use a query for this, however this is very slow and fails for larger result sets. For reference, here is the query we tried:path=/content/dam/customertype=dam:Assetproperty=jcr:content/dam:failedRenditions/*/reasonproperty.operation=unequalsproperty.value=RenditionFormatUnsupportedp.limit=10 Are there any other good ideas on how one could solve this? Thanks!Anian
I am using the front-end pipeline, thus not using clientlibs but having the css and js served from the CDN via links like:<script src="http://127.0.0.1:4173/theme.js" type="module"></script><link href="http://127.0.0.1:4173/theme.css" type="text/css" as="style" rel="preload stylesheet"> This works on normal pages with experience fragments and it works in AEM author when authoring an experience fragment as well, via this code in the xfpage components customheaderlibs.html:<sly data-sly-use.page="com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.Page" data-sly-list="${page.htmlPageItems}"> <script data-sly-test="${item.location.name == 'header'}" data-sly-element="${item.element.name @ context='unsafe'}" data-sly-attribute="${item.attributes}"></script></sly> However, I have now created a new Sling model for our custom page component like this:@Model( adaptables = SlingHttpServletRequest.class, adapters
Hello All, I'm fetching the fields of content fragment at the component level, after authoring the content fragment path in authoring dialog and whenever I'm publishing the page, Its always showing as content fragment model as outdated. Even though content fragment is published already and doesn't have any new changes. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!
Hi there, We currently have a link in Workfront through the main menu that takes users to AEM Assets. This is currently set up to the old UI, but we would like to start using the new UI, and so I'm wondering how I can change this link. I have read the Documentation page called "Configure the Experience Manager Assets as a Cloud Service integration", but the way I'm reading it I think this relates to the integration within 'Documents' areas of 'Projects' where we can add linked folders? Does anyone know if this is the place I can update the main menu link to direct users to the new UI?Setup > Documents > Experience Manager Assets If this is the place, then on the back of this I had a question on metadata mapping. We have just completed a project with a third party who have helped us to define our Metadata schema (in the new UI), and so I'm concerned that this mapping will need to be redone should I add the URL for the new UI? Thanks in advance,
Description - We currently are using typeahead fields for single select employee lists on a custom form for Marketing and have a need to have an employee list with a multi-select optionWhy is this feature important to you - Since employee data lives in Workfront, it makes sense to be able to choose the appropriate information from Workfront instead of having to point to an external resourceHow would you like the feature to work - Would like the Typeahead field to be able to have both a single select and multi-select optionCurrent Behaviour - Typeahead field only allows a single select option
Description -We would like some groups to have the ability to see Data Views and their configuration without having the ability to modify. Current Behaviour - users without edit/modify permissions cannot see data views.
We have identified around 8K+ bogus domains which we would like to exclude from our Marketo Forms Submissions. However, there is a 2000 max limit of custom domains which can be added in the Global Forms Validation Rule and we are not able to restrict all bogus domains we have identified for exclusion. It would be ideal to have the limit of 2K max domains removed so each Marketo customer can add their own list in the Global Forms Validation Rule. Or if not possible, another option would be to provide the list of bogus domains in a .csv file to the Support team and they to support us with updating the default list which is provided by Marketo in the Global Forms Validation Rule.
Hi TeamI am using CJA, and I have a metric which is in string format i.e.,web1&45,343&52,671&53,234so on..because of which my I am not able to see my total number i.e. aggregated value at the topis there any solution for it to get the aggregated value by converting it into int from DataView itself
Hi, Any idea from where we can learn Adobe Sensei? Is there any learning portal or anything like that where they have detailed everything out about Sensei?
Hi,Our team is currently working with Edge Delivery Services and the Universal Editor, using 'aem-boilerplate-xwalk' project. We understand that we can manage code environments (e.g., dev, stage, prod) by using GitHub branches. And developers and authors can use '?ref=<branch>' to switch between environments they need in UE.However, when it comes to content, we only have two states available:'preview' (page)'publish' (live)Both of these rely on the same author instance (e.g., 'author-xxx-xxx.adobeaemcloud.com'), which means the content is shared across all environments. Our client requires a separation of content environments for development, staging, and production. Our initial idea was to configure 'fstab.yaml' to point to different author instances depending on the GitHub branch/environment:For 'stage', we use: https://<stage-env>.adobeaemcloud.com/bin/franklin.delivery/<owner>/<site>/main For 'dev', we use:&nbs
is the profileid which is available in profile lookup page, is that available to use in query service as well in any attribute from snapshot table or any other system table?
Helloes, I am trying to create some kind of report or anything that could be exported that includes PTO's and the designated holidays for different users. I can easily get the PTO via search + read related records modules, but I am having a hard time getting the dates of the designated holidays that are coming from the schedule. I have tried using the Custom API Call module to GET those and I have also tried using the HTTP module to GET the schedule exceptions but most likely due to my lack of experience it didnt go too well. Would there be any suggestions on how to achieve such thing? Thank you for your time and looking forward to hearing your suggestions. Also, I understood that the calendar view can help with at least viewing it visually in case it cannot be done.
MyBatis, a popular Java persistence framework, simplifies database access for developers. It achieves this by mapping Java objects to SQL statements, significantly reducing the manual data mapping required. MyBatis supports XML configuration files and annotations, allowing developers to manage their database interactions per their needs. Integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with MyBatis can be achieved by configuring AEM to utilize MyBatis for executing database operations. The integration process typically involves: Setting up data source configurations. Defining MyBatis mappers. Establish appropriate service layers within AEM to interact with MyBatis to perform database operations. Integrating MyBatis with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) involves several steps and architectural components. Here's a high-level overview of how you might structure the integration: AEM Components and Services: AEM handles the presentation layer and user interactions. It includes componen
Could someone give me a little guidance for working with the the Fusion internal API? I've created an API token (selecting all the 'read' options), and I've looked at the Make.com documentation.I've tried using an HTTP Make a Request module, using https://app.workfrontfusion.com/api/v5/ as a base URL (using v2 like I see in the Make.com documentation seems to result in a "not logged in" error). I've tried different calls (a list of users and a list of team scenarios). I don't get errors, but I only get a long string of HTML code (that doesn't appear to contain any of the data I'm seeking) as an output.I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!
Use Case:We manage multiple websites, each tracked through separate Adobe Analytics report suites. The user journey typically spans across domains in the following manner:A user lands on Website X, initiates an action (e.g., clicking an “Apply” button),Gets redirected to Website Y to complete an application,Then navigates to Website A to log in,But may abandon the journey at any step. This flow can happen in any direction between sites, and in some cases, includes transitions from/to our mobile app as well.We are looking for a step-by-step cross-domain tracking solution that allows us to:Maintain user session integrity across domains,Stitch user journeys across all platforms (web and app),Analyze drop-offs and abandonment points accurately. If you have any best practices or an optimal implementation strategy to address this scenario, please share it. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I found the definition of "Reloads" a bit confusing. From what I understand, it seems to be an automatically collected event that's counted as '1' when the current page view is based on the same page as the immediately previous page view. Is that correct..?If so, aside from refreshing the browser, are there any other cases where this could happen? I would really appreciate it if you could kindly let me know 🙂
We are creating a photography brief in a custom form, and it would be helpful if each checkbox included the photo angle name along with a reference image
Hello! I'm curious if anyone has a best practice, or pros and cons for a request that will result in multiple deliverable projects.Do you:A) Convert the same request multiple times and edit per deliveravble?B) Convert the request to one project, then copy that project to create the additional deliverable projects? Thanks!
