Deliver exceptional enrollment experiences with Adaptive Forms for AEM Sites pages by Khushwant SinghIn the digital age, providing an exceptional user experience is crucial for the success of any website. One way to improve user engagement and convenience is by providing great enrollment experiences. AEM Adaptive Forms stands as the premier enterprise-class solution, empowering you to deliver such unparalleled enrollment experiences.Earlier Adaptive Forms were available as standalone forms, those could be embedded within a Sites page, but had a complete separate ecosystem for form creation and maintenance. Moreover, customizing Adaptive Forms Foundation Component often required specific knowledge. Now, with the release of Adaptive Forms Core Components and Adaptive Forms Container for AEM Page editor, you can create Adaptive Forms directly within the AEM Page Editor and AEM Experience Fragments. You can also convert an Adaptive Form added to a Sites page to an Experience Fragment
We are working on multiple projects, which all root from the same sub-node and somehow the two different projects have diverged on a root node to the project.Project 1 path: /content/subnode/project1Project 2 path: /content/subnode/project2My problem is with subnodeProject 1 Installed first: subnode type is nt:folder (it actually doesn't have .content.xml in the source code)Project 2 installed second: subnode type is sling:orderedFolder Building locally works fine. Building through our build system to test environment fails to install the package and throws nodeType Constraint exception do to subnode. Now that the node is in the system as nt:folder I have a mental check to make sure all our projects under this node (6-7 projects). If any projects in a new environment get installed in a different order and happen to have a different node structure it breaks the build. Is there a safer node type that won't throw this exception and can just be overwritten for each project? Should I just mak

Hi,whenever we collaborate on something with the brand portal using the Asset contribution folder, we don't see who has uploaded the image in image properties in the brand portal. Also, this user id is crucial for us to flow back to AEM to know and understand who has published the image back into the AEM.Any Idea how we can achieve this? Thanks,

AEM Franklin / Helix / Composability: Pros and Cons by Krassimir Boyanov Abstract What is AEM Franklin? AEM Franklin, also known as Project Helix or Composability, is a new way to publish AEM pages using Google Drive or Microsoft Office via Sharepoint. Instead of components, Franklin uses “blocks” to build pages. Blocks are pieces of a document that will be transformed into web page content. There are boilerplate blocks that define commonly used page components such as: text, images, buttons, headers, footers, hero images, etc. These blocks allow users to generate new pages quickly and even create templates to reuse. AEM Franklin projects will be managed using the Helix Bot and the Sidekick, a Github app that publishes the content generated by authors. These pages can live alongside standard AEM pages, so users can use whichever tool is most appropriate for their current needs. What are the Pros? The main selling point for AEM Franklin is that users will be using software they are a
App Builder Code Deployment Strategies that AEM Developers Should Know by Kelvin Xu Abstract With Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) now available as a Cloud Service, here are a few approaches that AEM developers can use to make the most of its App Builder framework. The introduction of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service gives users the benefits of increased scalability and high availability. To make this possible, AEM’s code deployment strategy and technology have moved to Cloud-Manager-based pipelines that can provide more reliable and streamlined deployment experiences. When it comes to cloud based integrations between AEM and external applications, Adobe App Builder is the recommended framework. App Builder can empower AEM developers to leverage Adobe’s serverless platform to achieve various integration objectives. However, AEM and App Builder are totally different systems, which means it is essential for AEM developers to understand how App Builder code should be d

Hi, I would like to request input from everyone who might have integrated Hive9 with Workfront before. Hive9 is a budgeting tool that is used by our client to plan marketing campaign. A tactic must be submitted into Hive9 and then approved only then a request / project is to be created in Workfront. We would want to automate and integrate the process so that when a tactic is approved, a request will be automatically created in Workfront. I have reached out to Workfront Fusion support to enquire about this issue and it seem that this is not possible to be done using Fusion as we do not have a dedicated module for Hive9 and Hive9 does not support RESTful API for us to use Fusion HTTP Module. I would appreciate if anyone can provide an input on how should we integrate the two platforms so that the manual input of request / projects can be eliminated. Thank you!
