I have deleted a page in AEM but I needed to restore the page. When I restored the page, the URL appeared with a -0 at the end. When I try to make a new page with the same URL, another number is added for example: Original URL before deletion: triage-toolRestored page: triage-tool0New page: triage-tool1 I can't seem to find the page anywhere within Sites, how do I remove this phantom number so I can have the original URL? I know there is a way as I was able to fix it before, but can no longer remember the steps.

Ability to use your Adobe Marketo Engage instance depends largely on how well you understand your database. This is crucial, as knowing what data you have will give you more clarity and ideas on how to run campaigns. If there are gaps which do not fare well with your campaigns, you will want to resolve them before running campaigns, or exclude them from your campaign audience. So where do you start? Define your understanding of Data. For definition, list specific criteria of what you consider useful, and what you don’t. In our world, the most relevant term is marketable vs non-marketable. Here are some criteria to consider defining a marketable person. Data Completeness Example: A person whose profile includes a full name, valid email address, phone number, job title, and company name. Rationale: Complete data ensures that marketing messages can be personalized and targeted accurately. It also enables segmentation and tailored campaigns, improving th
A recent Nation question provoked such an emphatic Yes, you can do that! that I had to write it up: Is it possible for the same Landing Page to show a different form to people who are already program members? It certainly is, and you can do it with just CSS, no fancy-schmancy JS. Set up 2 alternate mktoForm elements on your Guided LP Template, wherever the form is to appear: <div class="mktoForm" id="memberForm" mktoName="Member Form"></div> <div class="mktoForm" id="nonMemberForm" mktoName="Non-Member Form"> Then add the {{member.status}} token as a data- attribute on the <body>: <body data-member-status="{{member.status}}"> Finally, a little CSS: div.mktoForm { display: none; } /* LP Editor view with token code */ [data-member-status="\{\{member.status\}\}"] div.mktoForm { display: block; } /* any non-empty member status */ [data-member-status]:not([data-member-status=""]) div.mktoForm#me
Hi, The thing is, actually I have removed a section(photo library as per the image below) from one of the tabs from the header. And then I published the respective tab, and the respective page and also cleared the cache for those links too.But still I could see that section(photo library) in the tab. And if I click on the respective page, then the page is unresponsive. So the actual outcome shouldn't have that section in that tab. So, please help me out in providing solution to this issue. Thanks,Shreyas.
Introduction Understanding Data Views is pivotal to getting the most out of your Adobe Experience Platform analytics data. In this guide, we will discuss the basics of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) data views setup and how they can benefit your company. In a follow-up blog post, "A Guide to Customer Journey Analytics Data View Component & Global Filter Settings”, we will continue building on this foundation. We will explore more advanced topics in further depth, such as configuring data view-level schema to granular components settings and data view-wide global filter settings. With this combined knowledge, you will be well-equipped to harness the full power of your Customer Journey Analytics data to drive your business forward. What are Data Views? A data view is a customized view of your Customer Journey Analytics data. It allows you to filter, compose, and organize your data to gain deeper insights into your company’s data and users. With data views, you can create custom v
Using the Day of Week dimension (OOTB) and Hour of Day dimension (OOTB), you can create a custom heat map to understand what times and days of the week generate the most significant amount of engagement or drive the highest number of conversions. While using the Day of Week (OOTB) and Hour of Day (OOTB) dimensions produces an insightful and granular seasonality analysis, this heat map is not limited to these dimensions. For instance, swapping out the Hour of Day dimension for the AM/PM (OOTB) dimension will produce a high-level, meaningful analysis. When applying the conditional formatting setting, you can use auto-generated to automatically calculate the upper limit, midpoint, and lower limit based on the data, or you can define your own custom limits. After selecting and applying the type of conditional formatting for your analysis, your reports will appear similar to the examples shown below: Heat map to trend engagement
Value of Treemap Visualization Treemaps display hierarchical data as a set of nested rectangles in which the rectangles range in size from top left (largest) to bottom right (smallest). Use cases for Treemap visualizations include: Showing the proportions between each part and the whole. Showing the pattern of the measure distribution across each level of categories in the hierarchy. Showing attributes using size and color coding. Spotting patterns, outliers, most-important contributors, and exceptions. In Adobe Analytics, the smaller boxes may not have text to label the box; you must mouse over them to view the dimension item and the associated details. When to Use Treemap Visualization While the bar stacked visualization can also show proportions between each part and the whole, similar to the Treemap visualization, these two display values differently. The bar-stacked visualization will visualize the highlighted dimension values in each column and compare the results. For in

In the world of art and cooking, the concept of “upcycling” is not a new one, but has gained traction. Imagine that you are an artist and discover that someone is getting rid of their “junk” (which is in the eye of the beholder) in their yard sale. You, as the artist, take the “junk” off their hands and transform what one person wanted to discard into a piece of art that is now highly sought after. I love to cook, and will oftentimes take leftover food from a previous meal and, in a personal episode of “Chopped,” use that leftover item and create a new and delicious meal from it, such as a duck fried rice dish that I created from a roast duck from a few nights ago. I provided a picture of the finished product below This is an ironic way to start a Marketing Nation blog post, but it relates to situations that we as Marketing Operations professionals commonly face, which is the question of “what do I do with this inherited (and possibly suboptimal) Mark

Hello AEM Forum,Dan here, always eager to contribute towards AEM solutions and simplifications. Today, I'm thrilled to introduce you to something I've been working on ― a chatbot named "AEM Expert". I'm excited, but also, curious to see your reactions to this AI-powered buddy. "AEM Expert" isn't just another bot but a new assistant powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT, designed specifically for AEM. As a single developer, I've tried to put in all my dedication and resources to make this a top-tier assistant for AEM debugging and problem-solving. I wanted to provide a centralized, accessible source of information for AEM issues. It may sound ambitious, but the bot has already ingested all the public AEM documentation and can provide solutions on a wide range of topics. So, "Why this chatbot?" Well, the goal was always to create a concise and instant solution for AEM difficulties. But enough about what I think, now, it's time for some crucial input. You can check our new friend at

What is changing? Currently, Marketo Engage Forms use jQuery library version 1.x when embedded on websites. In our next release beginning on January 9th, 2024, we will be updating the jQuery library used by forms2.js to version 3.7.1. Why is this change being made? The currently used jQuery version has security vulnerabilities, is not sufficiently supported by browsers, and has reached the end of it’s supported lifecycle. jQuery 3. x offers enhanced security, better performance, smaller file sizes for faster loading on slow networks, ECMAScript 6 support, and several other advantages. What customer action is required? If your company’s website loads its own version of the jQuery library, and your website uses embedded Marketo Engage forms or forms2.js, it must be updated to support jQuery library version 3.x. When must customers make the change? Customers that load their own version of the jQuery library on their website and use embedded Marketo Engage Forms

I have a content fragment template where there is a JSON type field that holds a list of image URLs. Each entry is a named field with the URL to an image as the value. This was done due to the maximum numbers of URLs that may be checked in validation of the text fields in a content fragment that look to be a URL. What I'd like to do is reduce the size of the images JSON by selecting which field I want. The normal returned response would be something like: { "data": { "testModel": { "items": [ { "itemNumber": "369769", "description": "Some description for the fragment", "images": { "image1": "/content/dam/images/image1.jpg", "image2": "/content/dam/images/image2.jpg", "image3": "/content/dam/images/image3.jpg", "image4": "/content/dam/images/image4.jpg", "image5": "/content/dam/images/image5.jpg", "image6": "/content/dam/images/image6.jpg", "image7": "/content/dam/images/image7.jpg"
