Adobe Journey Optimizer provides a sophisticated omnichannel decisioning engine that powers next-best offers and experiences in real time and in batch. In this technical lab, we review Adobe’s latest product release. Get hands-on experience with the new capabilities and workflows for experience decisioning. This lab is for practitioners who are familiar with Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Journey Optimizer systems and workflows.

In this lab, learn about:

• Creating experience decisions in the code-based campaign workflow
• Managing an inventory of offers with metadata and eligibility
• Creating ranking rules, including formula-based and AI-based ranking
