Hello Folks,I am trying to fetch a date time field from the Additional Data of Query activity in JS. I am using a queryDef for doing the same. But however i observed weird thing that value fetched is not same.I am trying to fetch Event Date from the delivery schema for a particular delivery and value is 1/31/2019 05:58:45 AM. However if i log the same in JS after fetching it. I am seeing it as 2019-01-31 10:58:45.059Z. It is coming in different pattern (i can change it later) and with time zone (i can truncate it). But look at the time it is 10:58:45 instead of 05:58:45I tried with today's date too, instead of showing 2/19/2019 02:54:51 AM it is showing as 2019-02-19 07:54:51.547Z.Would like to understand what is happening behind the scenes. Is it something to do with Time zone set in workflow properties?Regards,Sri Bhargav

How can i set an Audience List to only be shown to specific users who are under a specific Security group? Example: Group A:      Audience Lists ZGroup B:      Audience Lists XWhen users log in, i only want them to see the lists that are associated with the group they belong to.

Hi all,I would like to know if anyone has ever implement a similar procedure to see profiles of each countries.In the instance I use now there are only Organizational Units.I explain the case:Our customer has different database for different countries and he would like to create users that can see only the profiles associated to a specific country.user A can see only profiles with country USuser B can see only profiles with country ITand so on.I have activated in Custom Resources the option "Add access authorization management fields", I have set the organizational unit, I create the security group in Admin and in Adobe Campaign with the same ID.I have insert user A in US security group and so on.I have assigned the profiles to the different organizational units but the user in security group US see all the profiles for all countries, not only US profiles. How is it possibible? Are there other setting to implement?Thanks,E.

Does ACS automatically delete tracking & delivery logs (if this what we call contact history in Adobe?) after a certain number of days?  If this is the case what is the out of the box timeline?  Can these timelines be changed?Thank you

Hello.Currently we are following the Adobe recommended way of subscribing new users by doing a double opt-in through an email leading to a landing page where the user then confirms their intent to subscribe to our services. However, this has led to a high failure rate in opting in and customers complaining that they think they have subscribed, but in actuality they have not since they have only followed the link in the email and then not confirmed a second time upon reaching the landing page. Due to this we would like to simplify our opt-in process. What we would like to do is whitelist the user simply by following the link in the email without having to interact on the landing page. Now I have tried to tinker around with the emails and landing pages and cannot find any way of accomplishing this. I also tried creating a workflow that checks the opt-in delivery for clicks to whitelist users but as each opt-in generates a new delivery that also does not work.So, my question is if there i

It's only  about performance ?Is there any difference in a delivery controled by message center that makes sure that the message will be delivered that works different from a normal delivery from adobe campaign ? Hello, I'm trying to export a simple list to my local machine. Based on all that I've been reading, this can't be done. I created a Query and pull my target list with additional elements I would like to output. I created a Extract File, however if I'm correct that file goes to a export folder on Adobe's server. So, I would need to do a File Transfer from Adobe to a External Account that I'm hosting, correct?Is this the easiest method? One of my issue when I just tried to export from the Audience tab is the List Configuration does not contain any of the values I would need to export, and I can't seem to get these missing element on the list for me to even select. Why am I only seeing a select list of elements from the Audience Lists. However, when I open the list I need, I see all the elements I'm trying to export? Is my answer as simple as I just can't download a list from ACS to my local machine? I know I can in Campaign Classic (Display Target > Export). So why so difficult here?

Hi Everybody,I want to send an email that includes a count of profiles that satisfy specific criteria.  Is it possible to create an additional data element, that counts the number of profiles in a query and include this in an email to a specific address?For example run a query that selects all profiles which have been modified in the last 30 days.  Count the number of profiles and include this number in a scheduled email?Kind regards,Bart

Hi all, Is there a smart way to change an email delivery from a single send email to an recurring email, once it has been set up?We have a large number of emails set up in a trigger flow, and hope to find a quicker way to change this status, besides creating new deliveries. Hope you can help

How do we get the count of records in Delivery Logs schema using the primary keys of Recipients schema (for more than 20k records)?Primary keys of recipients schema will have at least one record existing in Delivery Logs schema.

Now on Campaign Standard (Launch: 2019/02/19, Release: 19.1.1) you can finally copy and paste.Save time and effort when replicating a workflows or activities with copy and paste commands.Press Ctrl + C on PC (Cmd + C on Mac) to copy the selected content, and Ctrl + V on PC (Cmd + V on Mac) to paste.Copy (ctrl+c) and paste (ctrl+v) are commands you can leverage to transfer data from one location to another. Can anyone point me in the right direction to create from the advanced SQL list of functions:...a substring of  Substr(MKTG_PROMO_CELL_KEY) from character 13 to 6 as "source_id" (field)?So the function formula is "Substring (<String>, <Offset>, <Length>)", how can I select from the above field ("MKTG_PROMO_CELL_KEY") the characters 13 to 6 within that field (to create a new field ,"source_id")?Thanks.Finally, can anyone point me to a good online resource that teaches or lists all of these SQL functions. Hi all,I have a question about how email bounces are treated in ACS.I was of the understanding that if an email address hard bounced, it was automatically then added to the Quarantined list. Does anyone know if this is the case simply after one hard bounce, or is the logic set to more than one?The reason I ask the question is because I have been analyzing some bounce reports and I've come across the following scenario where two contacts, both who bounced with exactly the same bounce error have been treated differently.Contact A was emailed on 22/02 - This was the first email to this profile. The email bounced with an Error of User Unknown - a hard bounce. This contact is not present on the Quarantined list.Contact B was email on 26/02 - This profile has been emailed multiple times but this is the first time an email has bounced. The error state was User Unknown - a hard bounce. This contact is present on the Quarantined list.Can anyone explain why the two would be treated differently?M

Hi,Currently we are sending exported data file from ACS to SFTP in a flat file where if the records are zero it was creating file with empty data which creating an issue.In V6 we can use vars.recCount which provides the count to do it where its not working in ACS.Can some one provide some work around on how to check the records count in Adobe campaign Standard of previous activity so that we can stop creating file itself in ACS.Thanks,Sivaramakumar P

Dear community,I would like to be informed if a user changes something within the custom resources of our ACS instance - is that possible?I have the situation that lots of user have admin rights, because there are too many things a standard user is not allowed to do which I want the users to be able to do. Unfortunately, they have access to the custom resources that way, too. I would like to be able to keep an eye on that and be informed in case someone changes something in the custom resource tables. Can such a notification be setup somewhere? Or can I make the custom resources unavailable to a certain security group?Thanks for an answer!Lena

Can we import profiles in Adobe Campaign from an external resource like Gigya?What I have understood so far that-New Import Template will be created.In the workflow, below components will be used-Scheduler - to run the workflow at a scheduled time.Transfer File - to look for a flat file in some external folder and download it in Adobe Campaign.Deduplication - to remove/ignore the duplicated records.Insert/Update Data - to import the profiles in the campaign.Please suggest, is there any other way to import profiles from an external folder? I created an Integer field and then assigned it as custom identification key. I haven't assigned Automatic primary key. I also want Create, Duplicate and Delete permissions for this resource data. When i started "Prepare publication" process, I am getting the below mentioned error.
