While uploading the New data in database how can we identify? Which data we upload recently in Adobe database.

Or

while uploading the data can give a name that database so that we call easily Is that possible?

Not sure what you are asking for or what you want to achieve, could you elaborate?

- If the data is inserted in a workflow, you can use that workflow to further process the data being inserted.

- You can enable audit logs to see what data was inserted/changed at specific times

- You can set a specific value in a custom field in the table being updated and later identify the data based on that value
