[adobe campaign API] Do i need a organization ID as developers ?

Hi,

A client asked me to implements a connector to adobe campaign, so now i need to work with your API.

I found a detailled doc about this API there Adobe Campaign Standard API and i read that i need an organization ID.

I take a good look into your doc and i found out that only company can provide this ID. As simple user i cant get any whitout paying.

All i need is a space for testing and work with. Did i really need to ask an ID from my client or i miss something important in your doc.
