Campaign Standard

We send many communication and every communcation we send we store the values in seperate table. Unfortunatly we lost that data and now we are trying to find out based on Campaign name or program name search the broadlog table and find out that delivery and join with recipient and and program table to get required value ...... is anyone did this type of work ? Any leads , ideas please let me know. 

Hello,I would like to know how would you define a custom resource (products, product categories) where every item in that resource has different versions for every language.Would you ingest the product or the category of only one language (just english, or spanish), or would you record all the variants in different rows, for the same item?Thanks for your help and best regards,Mario

I am unable to get the rich push image to display in a push notification. Can someone let me know what I am doing wrong? Also, what are the height and width dimensions for the rich push image? I dont see that listed anywhere in ACS documentation. 

Hi Experts, One of my clients wants to export the delivery logs data along with the mirror page link to see what was sent to each profile.Is there any way we can export the mirror page URL from the adobe campaign standard? I see in content block, mirror page URL is created by appending context.Pkey, what exactly it is and how can I form it to create dynamic links in the workflow. Thanks in advance!Regards,Sumit C

I'm creating an email where I place a fragment in the header.  When I look at the Navigation Tree I can see that the Fragment has been added to the component.  But I can't see the fragment in the email.  In fact the component seems to disappear after I add the fragment.  I'm using Adobe Campaign Standard. What am I doing wrong?

 I am trying to export one workflow template in which I have a delivery activity configured with some personalized content. When I try exporting the workflow template, it is throwing the below error. The 'Deliveries (delivery)' entity type uses a default ID ('DM2410') that may cause a conflict when importing the package. Change this name and repeat the operation.I changed the delivery ID and tried, still throwing the same error.I tried removing the delivery activity also, still throwing the same error. When I created new template and copied the previous workflow template with out delivery activity and replaced it with END activity, I am able to perform the export. Now I created delivery activity and when I tried it is showing the same error.Not sure what is going wrong, Can some help me achieving this scenario. Thanks in advance!     

Hi All, sorry a bit simple question may be, for out of box SMS delivery report I am getting ACS delivered messages to the SMS provider ( out of 10 SMSes, all were delivered to SMS vendor and report showed 100 percent delivery). However, few of the recipients did not get the SMS and hence questioning the 100 percent delivery.  I want to get the end SMS delivery like DND failure. Is it possible to get this report.  Thanks, Ganesh

I want to update data for a client table where the dates are out of sync with our official records. We are processing batches where we want to add days to the date in the client data table. I have been working with the 'Fields to Update' Source/Destination expression, but have been unable to successfully use the AddDays expression to the Client Data table date. The expression works when pulling in Today's date (AddDays(GetDate(),35) but I am unsure of how to target the Client Data date field in place of the 'GetDate()' function. In this case, my table is called @cusJourneyMembers.Ultimately I am trying to target the Client Data Table date field: AddDays(insertClientDataTableDateField,35)

Hi, I am facing an issue where I want to extract the subject line of an email sent in a workflow. Is there anyway to do this? I have been thinking in the lines of extending the delivery log with information about the targetID and somehow using this to get the subject line that was used for the sendout.  -Robert 

Upon hitting my event api endpoint, I am getting, RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator. Error rc=16384, in the postman. Also I can't unpublish any event and it is publishing with errors. This all started happening after I deleted some of the events (I followed proper steps of unpublishing to draft and then deleting). 

Hi Community,For recurring deliveries we use no aggregation and test proofs via profile substitution, however there are child deliveries that get generated automatically, can we stop these from generating?Also if we remove the request confirmation of the parent delivery, will that also send out the child delivery available?  

Hi Community, I am seeing some issue with the ACS inbuilt report.I have a transactional message set up in the UI.using our monitoring tool, we run 5 API tests and each test runs every sec.in one sec, we have 5 API calls.hence, in 60 sec/ one minute we trigger 300 API calls. however, when I look at the reports I am seeing appx 30 calls per min.I have attached image for reference.  my tests are running fine without any errors, can someone let me know why in reports the number is less and not accurate.

Hi Community,Does Adobe support X-HEADERS ? We are seeing inboxing results for our campaigns splitting up and want to make use of custom headers. We want to Identify a X-HEADER that can be used to store a unique campaign identifier. How can we use the XPVIQ code within the delivery header in ACS?  

Hi Community,In one of our real time transactional message there is a dynamic value for the abandon cart code which is showing inconsistent results. We have checked mirror pages for few sends and it displays the placeholder value instead of the code. Others it is displaying code fine.Looks like an intermittent behaviour, can anyone advice on what could be causing this?

Hi, I'm unable to find a report based on the recipients Mail Client.  With the rendering of, real-world, emails vastly different in Outlook 2013, 2016 & 365.  I'm trying to get a breakdown of our customers, so as to focus on the larger groups when we have rendering issues. I can find, Platform, Device and Browser.  But no client data. Thanks,

Hi all, I'm looking to create a dynamic content rule targeting those who have a first name that is more than characters long. I have done this in JavaScript in a segmentation node to give them a separate delivery, but I want to do it within the same delivery. JavaScript used in segmentation node: Length(@firstName)>2 Does anyone know how to apply this rule within delivery dynamic content? Thanks,George

Hi, I'm relatively new to Adobe Campaign Standard, and I'm looking to change the Mirror Page URL colour to black (#000000), but I can't seem to do this?I've created a 1:1 column and added a text block in which I've then proceeded to select the 'Insert Content Block' option and selected 'Link to mirror page'.Which in the preview outputs the following...'If you're having trouble reading this message, click here'The 'click here' text doesn't seem to be the same colour as the p text, and it doesn't look obvious on how to change it? Any ideas? Thanks,Steffan

Hello All, How i can link the continuous delivery with a campaign that belongs to?In a normal delivery activity is the delivery Javascript tab that you can put the usual code. But the contentious delivery doesn't have that. Any idea how i can achieve that?Thanks in advance. 

I have been working on a new data import in to a custom table and each record needs to have an Org Unit assigned to it. I have followed the steps outlined by @florentlb on this post https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/move-subscription-profiles-into-geo-and-org-unit/qaq-p/280003 and yet, still continue to run in to issues. I have an Org Unit set up of "ccHrComms" that I need to assign to the records coming in to this table: During the Load File process, I have defined another column to load the ccHrComms information in to and use throughout the workflow:I have attempted a reconciliation step both by itself and in conjunction with targeting the rest of the data, that I am attempting to use to enrich the data with the Org Unit information: I have noticed that after performing this activity, the Org Unit link still does not seem to be in the data during the transition - but I'm not sure if it should be or not.At the U

Hi. Wonder if you have any suggestions of how to target profiles that opened an email delivery within a certain period. Ie I would like to target those that opened any delivery sent out during last 3 months. If I'm setting up this query it seems like I will target also those that opened a delivery prior to the date I specified. Someone have any suggestions of how query should be setup?Thanks! 

Hello,  I'm trying to create a Dynamic Report that will contain 15+ Deliveries. I'm having understanding how to get them all under one report in Delivery Summary, without searching through all the reports and trying to select them individually. Anyone have any insight into this method?

I have an event transactional message running and currently every month it creates a new delivery. Is it possible to change the aggregation period like in a recurring delivery?

Hi Community,For one of our client email address is not receiving scheduled or adhoc deliveries, they just get the api triggered messages. I checked the sending logs it showed unreachable, inbound email bouce rule.The email was seen in the Quarantine list, so I changed its status to valid but still it's not receiving deliveries. Anything else I need to update?
