Values not displaying consistently

Hi Community,

In one of our real time transactional message there is a dynamic value for the abandon cart code which is showing inconsistent results.

 

We have checked mirror pages for few sends and it displays the placeholder value instead of the code. Others it is displaying code fine.

Looks like an intermittent behaviour, can anyone advice on what could be causing this?

Hello,

 

I'd recommend submitting this request to Campaign Support since with most intermittent results we'll need to see a successful and failed example so we can compare.

 

Often times when a dynamic/personalized value isn't displaying consistently its usually because the expected profile data required to trigger the personalization isn't present.

I am going to capture the values passed via the payload using a workflow and validate if we have correct values coming in.
