Hi, We have the requirement to add the default Seed Address to all the V8 Campaign Delivery Templates and the Recurring deliveries in adobe classic Campaign and need an approach to do it. Please suggest us a working approach,  

Hi, I am experiencing a problem with my deliveries.The workflow stops, pauses, and the logs show the message ‘table or view does not exist’.A delivery was made on a test environment, with a single workflow running, and the error appears on the first execution of the workflow.What could be causing this error?To my knowledge, Adobe Campaign deletes its temporary tables once the workflow has completed.However, in my case, the problem occurred during the execution of the workflow.I need to know what could be causing this Oracle error: ‘ORA-00942: Table or view does not exist’, and the various possibilities. Kind regards,

Hi, We need to fetch the personalized subject line for Message Center broad Logs nms:broadLogEventHisto. Currently its is stored in the field [delivery/mailParamters/subject]. But it is storing as Hi <%=rtEvent.ctx.firstname%>, where as the expected value is "Hi Lakshmi".Could any one please let me know the better approach to use activities instead of Javascript, since JS is taking so long time when tried.  

Is there a way to set up some delivery urls what will track a click, but not open a web page?We would like to include some type of "rate my experience" element into some of our service emails, probably with an image of 1 to 5 stars. The complication is that management doesn't want it to direct anywhere and be handled completely in the email. I guess it would be 5 links (one for each star) embedded in each image.My searching isn't showing any out of the box solution. But I wondered if anyone has found a way to accomplish this.Cheers

Is it possible to sync an AEM email template for a transactional message in Message Center? I don't see documentation one way or another. This would be for a real-time event triggered campaign.

Hi everyone,I have a lot of workflows in Adobe Campaign where I need to update and replace a specific attribute with another attribute.I was wondering if it's possible to use JavaScript to directly update the XML and perform a replace operation. For example, I want to locate [agreementLink/XYZ/@123] in the xml-code and replace it with [agreementLink/ABC/@456] in every row I can find it.I believe it should be technically possible, has anyone successfully done something similar? Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hi,I'm looking for a way to successfully update the contact date for already scheduled delivery. The delivery is scheduled via Scheduling > Schedule delivery (automatic execution when the scheduled date is reached), the workflow with it is executed and the delivery is prepared and has status "Start pending".What I tried is to update the contact date from js:var deliveryId = 123; var updatedTime = "2025-10-27T09:00:00.000Z"; var del = nms.delivery.load(deliveryId); del.scheduling.contactDate = new Date(updatedTime); del.save();The script successfully updates the contact date, but the delivery is sent at original time not updated one. I think that there is some interim schema which also needs to be updated.Any clues how it can be done? The setup should work in v8.

Why it is called Adobe Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8 is version 8 is different, or does it mean as Adobe campaign classic version 8 ?  

I'm finding some bugs in split activty. First one, even when it says exclusion, it is not. I've to recheck it.  But later, it feels like the schema isn't really added. When I come back to the split, if I press Previous, it shows me another shcema (The database one) And if i execute, it gives an error of missmatching schemas (X schema to  '', empty).  Anyone knows why is this happening? Hi fellow Adobe Campaign users, hoping someone has found an answer to my query and can help as I'm stuck! We have a live webApp survey that various anonymous users of our organisation log information into. This information includes customer details of customers they have spoken to. Sometimes they get errors, but they don't tend to log these at the time. As a result, we frequently need to check through the monitoring tab log journal for web@default to report that forms have been rejected due to invalid email etc. We'd like to be able to be able to share a subset of these errors (those that contain "[nms:webApp Error]" as their opening log), along with the time, date and detailed error message with select non-technical users. Is there a way to set up a report/log that we can share just this subset of log information with users with read only access permissions?

Hi,I am working with Adobe Campaign Classic and need to share a preview link of a delivery (email) that shows the full content, including all conditional logic (IF statements, segmentations, targetData fields), without personalizing it for a specific recipient.Currently, the preview links I generate (e.g. /buildPreview?deliveryId=...&recipientId=...) require a recipientId and only show the version for that specific recipient. However, many of our deliveries use targetData and fields calculated in the workflow, so the preview does not work properly if I use a random recipient from the database – the necessary data is missing or the logic does not display correctly.Is there a way to generate a preview link (URL) for a delivery that:Does not require a recipientId (or uses a "generic" context)Shows all conditional logic and personalization blocks as they would be rendered for all segmentsCan be shared with stakeholders, so they can see the full email design and logic, not jus

Hello Friends, I am not be able to resolve the difference between data that has been retrieve from Adobe and Cogs2.0. Is there any tools that can determine those differences CSVs.

Is there anyway to use session write collection on a v8 tmp table? I need to construct some data and then update fields on a tmp table, but doing it using a sqlexec and for each loop just takes a long time. I was thinking if I could just somehow to a session write collection and make a single update rather than 1000.

Hi there, I'm trying to upload a file into a SFTP location through File transfer activity in ACC and I'm keep getting "Failed initialization" error in File transfer activity (attached snapshot). I tried with all action - upload, download, file listing but every time I get the same error. External account is created with account name and password and enabled for SFTP. What could be the issue? How can I confirm if external account still has the access to the SFTP?  Thanks in advance.

Hi Team, i need help on this below question 1) When I check the dashboard report in Adobe Campaign Classic, it appears empty—even though the delivery is correctly linked. We’re using a custom target mapping, so I’m trying to determine whether this issue is related to access permissions or a problem with the campaign configuration. Can someone help me identify the root cause? attached screenshot . 2) I send daily emails to around 10,000 customers. I want to implement a rule to exclude any profile that has already received more than 3 emails within the same week from receiving additional emails.   Note : without control from typology because i dont have admin access
