Groupings in a combined task and issue report

I have been following Report: combined task and issue View and Grouping and I ran into some problems when trying to create groupings. After some digging on the community forums it looks like you can create the report but grouping it does not work very well. Has anyone figured out a good way to group tasks and issues by priority?

Specific Upcoming Task in Column for Task Report

I am working on a task report where I filtered out all of my designer role tasks and only have copywriter role tasks. The problem I am running into is I need to be able to pull in a specific designer task that pulls in the date and assignee for when art work is due to release into a report column so the copywriters know when assets are due to release. Is there a way to do this using text mode? I am thinking this must be an IF(Contains)Concat type of situation.  

WF Vertical Calendar View.New

I noticed the WF view of calendars has been updated. It does make it look very clunky by having to click on an item and have it appear in a side bar vs being able to hover over it. In addition, when placed on a dashboard it takes up way too much space when a monitor is vertical.

Carrying over request calculated field values to converted objects

I have a calculated field used to add a request tag to a request, based on user selections on the request custom form. The field is on a custom form that is attached to the queue topic. The field calculates great on the request but when the request is converted to a task or project, the calculation doesn't carry over and shows N/A in the task or project. The custom form containing the field is set for project, task and issue objects. A sample of the text mode is below. IF({categoryID}="666902770070b579b760058a798a62b7",{DE:Mail-Email-Outreach Request Type},IF({categoryID}="66673189002fd1bf87687601fe100381",{DE:Existing Email-Mail List Request Type}, "N/A")) Is there any way I can add to the text mode so the calculation carries over to the request custom form with the calculated field, which is linked to the converted task or project? I would like to see the request tag calculated field when in the converted task or project. Thanks!

Calculated field with if..then, not returning as expected

Hi, I thought I had this calculated expression written correctly, but everything returns "Other".  Have I missed some syntax somewhere or should I be using a different expression. IFIN({DE:*PRM Project Type}, "Adhoc", "Funded- Signature", "Funded-P&P","Funded-A&E","Conferences/Events/Webinars", "Funded (Signature)", "Japan","QUANT Client/Member","Research Circle", CONCAT("Primary Research"),IFIN({DE:*PRM Project Type},"Gartner Benchmark","Gartner Score","QUANT Benchmarks & Diagnostics", CONCAT("Benchmark & Diagnostics"),CONCAT("Other"))) The *PRM project type field is a single select dropdown and we do have 'show values' on.  I wasn't sure if that was causing an issue. You can see that it always calculates to 'Other' Thank you!

Email Notifications for Tasks

Is anyone else having problems with receiving email notifications when assigning a task? Some of our users are receiving email notifications and some are not. Project status is executing. Org and individual email notifications are set to receive. Users are Workers and I am a sys admin. I'm receiving zero and there has been a mix amongst the workers regardless of whether I assign the task or have someone else assign the task. It's all over the place. I have a support ticket in but they referred me to my IT. IT traced emails and the "missing" email notifications are definitely not coming to us.

We have a proof in progress. The content owner added 4 comments to the proof but this orange icon with the comment bubble is indicating there are 15. Can anyone explain this to me? TIA!!

Allow for admin level organization of Report FoldersDeclined

Currently, WF administrators have no way of establishing an organization level structure for reports. Only individual users can specify their own organizational structure for reports. There are TOO many reports for individual users to know what is or isn't important unless specifically told to favorite specific reports. It would save a lot of everyone's time if administrators had the ability to organize reports into shareable folders to groups of users or an entire instance. True you can circumvent the need by putting specific reports on dashboards, but that's not the issue at hand. This targets making reporting for accessible.

Can "like" and "cilike" filter multiple values in the same way as "in" and "ciin"

One of my fields has 9 "contains" criteria, which has forced me to repeat ALL the other criteria 8 times. I was trying to use "cilike" to gather them in one place. Increase Number of Custom Forms - Max of 10 is too low!New

Description - Increase the maximum number of custom forms that can be added to an object. Why is this feature important to you - As we've redesigned a request process, we've been severely limited by the maximum of 10 custom forms. Our process collects request at the program level, which will always result in multiple projects - and 10 forms is not enough. We have had to create over-complicated forms as a workaround, which is not user-friendly from a configuration perspective OR from an end user perspective. How would you like the feature to work - The maximum form limit should be increased to a number higher than most will need (for example, 500 field limit on a form - most people don't put that many fields on a form - we'd like to have more options than we would ever need to add forms). Current Behaviour - System does not allow you to add more than 10 forms to any object.

Enable Word Limits in Text FieldsDelivered

Description - We have a need to show and enforce a word limit at the custom form level on text fields. The use case for this is an automation we are building to send a content fragment (e.g., a paragraph) to another system (e.g., Seismic) for input into a piece of content (e.g., a PowerPoint) Why is this feature important to you - This will enable the automations we are building between Workfront and other systems to assemble pieces of content with limited manual input. Without a word limit, users who are unaware of the limit will have to spend time rewriting content, which hinders the efficiency we are trying to create. How would you like the feature to work - As stated in description. Current Behaviour - No word limit is shown or enforced anywhere in Workfront to my understanding.

Project Level Report to display projects with tasks due this week AND exclude tasks that are in Complete status

Hi, I am working on a unique project level report. I want to display projects on this report that: 1. Have tasks with a plannedCompleteDate within the current week that I open the report.2. But ONLY if the tasks have not been completed. I think I got #1 correct by using this exists filter:  But #2, I am not sure.
