Adobe Workfront

We are currently using automated proofs for a project.  There are approximately 60 proofs in this project.  It is set up in 2 stages (Stakeholder review-).  Stage 2 goes to our Agency for edits.  Wondering if a Basic Proof workflow would make more sense. What are best practices for using Basic Proof and using Automated Proof 

Is there a way to add timesheets to an individual users experience w/o additing it thru the layout template?Right now we have timesheets turned off for users except certain ones. Those ones that have it we created a layout template for them and added it that way. However the person i want to add a timesheet to currently has to stay with a different layout template, i don't want to switch them over.Is there a way i can add the timesheets w/o going thru the layout template.

Hi Community,can anyone please advise me if / how I can use the Workfront API to create a record in WF and attach multiple custom forms to that simultaneously, at creation time? It's straightforward to create a record with 1 CF attached, for example, to create a Program:POST to the /PRGM end point.Body: {"name":"Foo", "portfolioID":"<portfolioID>", "categoryID":"<ID of Custom form to attach>"}Is there a way to attach multiple custom forms? I assume the API supports that, because the recently added new "Create record" Workfront Module in Fusion allows us to do that.But I can't figure out how to do it. Appreciate any help with this.Thank you,Tibor

We are trying to track changes made on a request form that has around 120 custom fields. Instead of adding them all to the "Update feeds" list, we want to see if there is an alternative. Maybe using custom calculated fields or text mode. Any suggestions?

Hi,I have a custom radio button field and I want to create a calculated field that tracks the last time and the user who made changes to that field. I was already able to create a calculated field that tracks the last time and the value changes in the field. I've received a handful of questions around identifying custom forms / custom fields that aren't being used, so I thought I'd share the text mode you can use to help with cleanup efforts.EXAMPLE #1: Which custom forms are no longer used? I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue of Job Roles showing blank boxes for Currency/Override Currency and Cost Per Hour/Cost Per Hour Override when they upload through a Kickstart (or just in general).  I am able to view the information that I entered when I add it to my Job Role View (under Setup) but when I click into the Job Role it is blank. And when I add the Job Role details as a filter to a report it pulls no data through. Tested by manually updating a Job Roles details and I then got a result. Added an image for reference.  I have a ticket into Support, but wanted to see if anyone has run into this and found a solve. Thanks! 

Hi Workfront Friends! I'm looking for some text mode assistance. We have a series of projects, all of which contain a task for "Initial Launch". When viewing a report of all of these projects, I would love to be able to have a column with the Planned Start Date of the "Initial Launch" task for each one of these projects. Any suggestions?

Conditional formatting allows you to customize how information displays on a report. You can make information stand out by making the text bold or highlighting a field. You can use conditional formatting for a variety of things-for example, making a task appear in red when the progress status is late or highlighting in gray all of the project planned completion dates that fall in the current quarter. Hi ,  All of sudden my team can't authnitcate to Workfront   

Does anyone know if there is any risk to data loss if we move projects from one portfolio to another?  Currently our setup is that most projects live under one portfolio and we would like to move projects into portfolios that make more sense (e.g move a project from the Information Services portfolio to the Marketing portfolio).   Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you 

I have created a report and added a value expression on a couple columns to truncate the results. The goal is to have less 'scroll' for the user since it a project dashboard with three reports visible. Is there anything I can do that will allow the user to see the full result in the truncated columns if they hover over it? I would like the same experience as when you are hovering over the Project breadcrumbs and it shows you the full Portfolio, Program, etc...name. Thanks! 

Is there anyone I can speak to about the forced roll out of the new Workfront Home Page that is coming?  Please, please do not remove the functionality of the current Worklist.  It is necessary for any project manager that is properly using Workfront to do their job.  It is a simple listing of tasks and proofs that are in chrono order BY DEADLINE.  Late items are red.  The new page has this separated, so harder to cross check tasks to proofs to see what is missing.  The Awaiting my Approval is not even usable.  It lists items in order of date added,  not by DEADLINE.  Who cares when they were added?  This is insane. To see when each item is due so I know what to work on, I have to click on each one, open proof (which takes forever), then click on Workflow.  So instead of using my eyeballs and reading deadlines in the Worklist, I have multiple clicks.  And when I open the proofs from Awaiting My Approval sometimes the
