once I approved any request, how can I find my list which has been approved?

The hairline outline around fields in reports and project templates is very difficult to see. It's almost non-existent. I have several people on my team that have trouble viewing it and can't quite click into the box to change the status. See screen shot attached. How can I change the hairline outline to a dark color like black? Thanks.

Does Workfront have a mobile app available? When I open the Play Store on my Android phone, the only option I see is "Adobe Workfront for AirWatch", which doesn’t open after installation.

Hi there,  I have been testing the new document approval / unified approval between the document and proof functionality. Has there been any talk about enabling a combined "Reviewer and approver" role rather than just either "Reviewer" or "Approver"? We have many situations where our approver needs to also make a comment prior to approving. I am assuming all of the capabilities in Proof HQ will eventually live there, but I have seen that not always be the case, so I wanted to check.  Thank you! Brittany Lang Thermo Fisher Scientific 

I would love the Community's help in finding a solution our Task Template problem. We have a task template that is pre-assigned to a design to quickly work on urgent / quick turnaround requests.When a project is created, the project owner attaches the template.  The template is set up so that if a project is submitted PRIOR to 1130 am, all tasks will be assigned for same day.1. However, we only want the designer to see the first task, not the Design Revisions or Prep Final files task. Currently the designer is seeing all three tasks.  The template is also set up so that if a project is submitted AFTER 1130 am, all tasks will be assigned NEXT business day.The template is also set up so that if a REVISION or APPROVAL is given AFTER 1130, the tasks will be assigned NEXT business day. We have discovered that the REVISION and PREP FINALS task are not showing up as expected.   On a document report has anybody found a way in text mode to only show users with a certain license type (external users)?

Is there a setting that allows a user to update the status of their task but does not allow them to adjust the hours for the task?

Hi all, I can't get it to work so decided to reach out for some expert help ! I'm using a 'typeahead' field in a custom form to allow users to select someone from a particular group that they have been working with. So the Typeahead 'Referenced Object Type' is User I then want to limit the user names selectable to only those in one 'group' so I add this into the filter to specify the group group:ID=66d8ccc9005443e4cb8c60dd1b292bb4group:ID_Mod=in But it doesn't work. They are of course not selecting a group from the typeahead - but I thought this text mode was appropriate. Or do I have to relate it back up a level to the user - using EXISTS: Thanks in advance

I want to see all the current tasks and the primary assignees in a project report view. I've created a text mode column that shows these things BUT it's also pulling in some tasks at the bottom of my projects that are used for deliverable information, these tasks have no assignee so I'm looking for what I could add to my text mode reporting to exclude these tasks without an assignee from the results.  I attempted adding: IF({assignedTo_mod}=notblank but that changed the results to only show current tasks without an assignee (the opposite of what I wanted).  Here's my current code, would love some pointers on what I can do differently to get only current tasks with assignees to show in this columndisplayname=Current Tasks listdelimiter= listmethod=nested(tasks).lists textmode=true type=iterate valueexpression=IF({numberOfChildren}=0,IF({canStart},IF(CONTAINS("CPL",{status}),"",CONCAT({name}," - ",{plannedCompletionDate},": (",{assignedTo},")")))) valueformat=HTML

I created a project report based on the project fields that I need.  However, I want to filter it by a certain task.  I created a custom column task name, but it brings up all tasks.  I want to filter on a specific task, though.  Here is what I have. tasks:name="Add instructors"tasks:name_Mod=cicontains However, this isn't bringing anything up.  Am I missing more code?

I updated 2 users from Reviewers to Requestors so they can open their own projects. Is this the correct access to do so?

It looks like Workfront rolled out a new Search interface without alerting us of the change in the release notes (not good).  Anyone having issues with this search interface?  When I switch over the the Advanced Search option in the interface it crashes my browser.  Wish they would iron out all the bugs in these updates prior to them being rolled out to the user base. 

I temporarily changed the Access Level of a user to Project Manager in Workfront. After doing that I attempted to revert back to System Administrator but this option had disappeared. Other users still have the System Administrator function. How to set a user back to System Administrator in Workfront? 

I am trying to create a calculated field in an Issue Custom Form to auto-populate a date for users.I am able to code the date using the 'ADDWEEKDAYS()' expression based on a custom date field used earlier in the form but I would like to add a certain complexity based on an another selection made  in a drop-down custom field with three options 'BAU, Existing or New'.Each of the three drop-down options would result in the generation of a different date based on the date field earlier in the form. Does anyone know how I could use the 'IF' expression to code the three different possibilities and for the field to have the capacity to generate three different dates when taking the date field and the drop-down in conjunction?

Hi everyone,Is there a way of a selection field in Workfront forms, where when user 1 selects time slot 7:00 am, it is not available for user 2 anymore in the selection of different time slots? (similar to booking time in a calendar but via requests)

Hi all!I just built a Proof Approvals report that lists every potential proof decision within a few specific programs (groupings are Approver Role > Approver Name > Document Version Decision). I noticed that under one approver's name, there was a pending approval for a proof he had been removed from a few months ago... I've had similar issues on another report as well.Is there a way to fully remove an approver so they don't show up in reporting?Thanks in advance!

Hello - is there a way to run a report that shows you all the calendars and who the owners are? Since Workfront considers it a kind of report I thought it might come up in a report about report owners but they didn't. I appreciate any insight. Thanks.

One of our teams uses a custom form which request descriptions which can be rather long.I have built a report to summarise information submitted on the custom form which contains the description fields. I have included a screenshot to illustrate an example of the length.Is there a way to limit the amount of detail shown in the report details tab without removing this column? A way so only, for example, half of the content is shown?
