Adobe Workfront

Description - Allow recurring advanced search filters to be saved so users don't have to re-enter the filter parameters every time. Why is this feature important to you - The new advanced search page isn't "sticky", so users are spending time re-entering search filters every time they navigate away 

Can we get shortened URL links for sharing Workfront proofs similar to bit.ly URLs?When there is a need to reference another Workfront proof in a comment or to share the link another way, the URL is very long (about 180 characters). A short URL is always better.

Subscribing to Projects, Tasks, and Issues is a great feature... and our users would love to view and manage all of their subscriptions in one place. This could be incorporated into the Recent Items & Favorites, or added as a new "Subscriptions" icon in the top right. If that's too much of a stretch, could we at least create a report or reports that filters on items subscribed to?

Description - I use Boomerang's return to inbox functionality in Outlook frequently (where you can set a time for an email to return to you or send you an alert if you haven't received a reply yet). But, most of my communication happens in Workfront, so it would be nice to have a similar feature there. Why is this feature important to you - It would be an easier and automated way to make sure that time sensitive responses are not missed without having to manually manage them. How would you like the feature to work - When you post a comment, have the ability to send me (the comment poster) an alert or email or something if I haven't received a reply to my comment by a certain date (allow the user to pick the date / time). Bonus points if you could select the specific user that you specifically need a response from.  ie - there are 5 people tagged, but I REALLY need a response from Bob. Send me an alert if Bob hasn't replied by Friday at 3pm (or whatever day/time I choose)

Description -Why is this feature important to you - we need to track documents, specifically proof versions, to gage the extent of approvals on each verison of a document.How would you like the feature to work - It would function like most other reports in WF: a dropdown in the upper left to export data as PDF, Excel, etc.Current Behaviour - Not able to export data from this type of report

Description - Allow the option for passwords to be added to proofsWhy is this feature important to you - Our clients want to add a guest to proofs but want a layer of security on the document in case incorrect emails get added.How would you like the feature to work - When creating a proof, have a tickbox option to add a password.  Current Behaviour - External users don't need any password.

WF currently generates 2 timesheets: one for the current week + 1 for the following week. Some users take 2 or 3 weeks of vacation and we would like for them to pre-populate timesheets to show that vacation. This would prevent Timesheet exception reports from flagging those users for having 0 hours. Can this be enabled enterprise-wide or can it be an option per Timesheet Profile?

Description - Once upon a time there was auto-provisioning, and it was awesome. Then came the dark times, the times of the Adobe Admin Console, and there was wailing and gnashing of teeth across the land. We were promised "zero-touch administration", which would be just like auto-provisioning, but these were lies! Why is this feature important to you - We have a large bank of users who just need to get to request forms. Description - Allow a user the ability to group proofs by the deadline day or hourly time frames so the user has a way to quickly see what they need to review first and not miss reviewsWhy is this feature important to you - Currently, all the proofs are clumped together making it incredibly difficult to be able to prioritize what needs to be reviewed first. This feature would help the end user by being able to review the most time sensitive proofs. Description - The revised UI/UX for the calendar area coming with the next release is missing the "Hide Weekend" feature Why is this feature important to you - Work does not occur on the weekends with our team and this would allow more real estate on the screen for the 5 business days we care about. Sometimes we need to send a reminder to someone in an approval stage who is holding up the approval process as a whole. Could we have a button that triggers an pre-formatted email notification to said individual?

Currently, timesheets are created for the current period and the next period. Can we have the option to create timesheets up to five periods. For example, we use weekly timesheet option. The system generates timesheets for current week and next week. This is fine most of the time, but sometimes people go on vacation for 4 or 5 weeks straight. It would be great if they would have the ability to enter the timesheets for the 4 or 5 weeks before they go on vacation.

In the Queue Set Up: Routing Rules: Default Assignee area, allow to assign to multiple users upon entry. Only way to assign to 2 or more users for a queue topic routing is to create a new team. Sometimes it's not a full team but rather a couple of individuals. An issue can be assigned to multiple users why can't the request route that way as well?

Our Marketing team works in different time zones (EST, PST, India) The campaign dates on our calendar and project plan are all different, because we are in different time zones.  For everyone to see the same date, we need to manually change our computer time to align to East Coast time. I'd like to recommend Workfront build a time zone feature in Workfront as a profile preference. 

Description - How do I know a report is on which object like Task, Project, Proof, Document. A report doesn't show it either in view mode or in edit mode. In view mode it is showing in bottom right corner only if that report is fetching/showing any records. If no records are there in report then we can't see it. In edit page it is not showing at all which is very inconvenient.Why is this feature important to you - To know on a report is built on which object How would you like the feature to work - Show it somewhere in edit page. Show it on view page other than bottom right corner.Current Behaviour - In edit page it is not showing at all which is very inconvenient. In view mode it is showing in bottom right corner only if that report is fetching/showing any records.
