I am currently using a document version report to show how many Approved proofs a user has for a certain period of time, along with the number of versions of the proof. Can I calculate the average number of proof version for the user?For example, in this screenshot, can I calculate the average number of proof versions from Kevin by totaling the “Ver” column and dividing the number of proofs (17)? I’m very open to getting this information with a different type of report, if needed.Thanks!

I thought that it would be fairly straight forwardhour/hourID?billingRecordID=billRecordID&method=PUTThis doesn’t throw any error at all but neither does it actually add the hour into that billing record.I tried the updates method and again, it doesn’t error out but it doesn’t also add the hour into the billing record.hour/hourID?updates={"billingRecordID":"billRecordID"}&method=PUTAnybody able to successfully add hours to billing record via api?

Hi I am working on formula field in Workfront Planning .  My objective is to display the selected values  of connected field (Name : Test Field) in new Formula field separated by a delimiter.Currently what is happening is when I directly write this formuala: {Test Field}, it displays values in this format. ["ABC","PQR","XYZ"]. So I am assuming this is becoming like an array field.When I change the formula to Arrayjoin(“”,{ Test Field}, the formula field displays value as below without any delimiter.ABCPQRXYZ. Wondering how do I add a separator that will enable to get display of values like ABC, PQR, XYZ  

Having an issue with Workload Balancer showing hours allocated to a user, even though they have no tasks against their name for that date. Similarly, seeing dates with inflated hours, where the assigned tasks add up to a certain number, but the number shown in balancer is significantly more. Is there a solve for this?

This question is tied to my other question here:  New document approvals currently show like this in my view (versus the screenshot in the other post):Is there any way to build one view that covers both types of documents with a similar look? As far as I can tell, the only way so far to access the new doc approvals variables is through Canvas Dashboards, which is not useful to me. TYIA!

I need to create a report that shows jobs that have ALL tasks closed for that Team ID, in a specific time frame (last month).Meaning I want to see the number of jobs that my team completed all tasks assigned to them. I don’t care if other team members are still working on their tasks and the job is still open - my concert is only with my team. I don’t need to see jobs that still have tasks less than 100% completed by my team. Sorry, I’m being redundant but every time I explain it to someone, they have a hard time understanding what I need. Can anyone help me? I was able to get a report of tasks completed by my team, but there might other tasks on these jobs that were not completed, so these jobs should not appear on my report.Thank you.

We need to create an automatic generator of the Project ID — a unique project identifier created automatically at the moment the project is created (e.g., based on a defined pattern and numbering sequence).Before we start building any custom solution, I wanted to check with the community:Does Workfront offer any native functionality that supports automatic project ID generation? Hi there!  This is my first time sending a message via Experience League, so let me know if I'm missing any info... I'm struggling to figure out how to set up an auto response when someone submits a project request.  I found where I can set up an email template in the system email notifications, but that template only links to the reminders, not events.  I have an open ticket with WF customer service and one person who's reached out told me this isn't possible.  Which is surprising.  Do you know if this feature is possible?

My current fusion flow is when content owners submits project requests it will automatically convert that into a project using a pre built template that I have defined. Later it assigns tasks inside that so for instance all the tasks realted to project manager should be assigned to this person. It is working perfectly fine but the issue is when the project has 10 tasks it sends 10 emails and I would like to built something like how workload balancer works were in only one email is sent rather than 10how can I do that in fusion

Hi everyone, We're trying to automate our Workfront Environment Promotion workflow via API but encountering several blocking issues. We're on Workfront Ultimate using API v15.0. Issues Found: 1. Cannot create packages via API POST /environment-promotion/api/v1/packagesResult: HTTP 500 - Package created but status is ASSEMBLING_FAILED Tested with CTGY, PARAM, TMPL, GROUP objects. Same objects work fine via UI. 2. Cannot change status to TESTING or ACTIVE via API PATCH /environment-promotion/api/v1/packages/{id}Body: { "status": "TESTING" } or { "status": "ACTIVE" }Result: HTTP 200 - But package becomes UNASSEMBLED instead The PATCH returns success but triggers a re-assembly that empties the package. What works- GET /packages - List/get packages- POST /packages/{id}/prepare-installation - Prepare install- POST /packages/{id}/install - Execute install Current workaroundWe must use the UI for package creation and status changes. Currently when a notification is sent via Workfront it adds the reporter name followed by email address as notifications@my.workfront.com.Can we get the Display name customized in such a way that the emails received doesnt have an individual name rather Show as Workfront / or any customized name as per Project followed by the email address notifications@my.workfront.com

While this idea worked well, and allowed us to troubleshoot issues prior to the full roll-out, it also left me worried that some of my team might accidentally continue accessing the sandbox environment and lose the work they had completed there. In theory, I could have waited until we launched production and simply revoked their access to the sandbox, but I wanted to leave that available for training and

How it should work:I would like see field set or container of multiple fields which the user can add multiple times when filling the form. The field logic inside the field set should be self sufficient, which means that when I select a select a value in drop down in instance 1 of the field sets, the fields of instances 2-n are not impacted. The field set should be like a repeatable subform in form. I don’t know if you can make a section repeatable as it it already a container of fields. What it should solve:We had multiple time the situation that we have to add the same combination of fields to the same custom form.  Here is two examples from our project history:1. I'm trying to create a report that shows how many projects have a task planned date that is past due by project manager.So I either need to use the task-level report I already have and create a chart by unique value of project name, OR I need to create a project-level report that draws on task planned dates within that project. Has anyone created anything like this?

We have a Kanban Board, which is configured to automatically intake items to the board.Intake sources is a custom filter, which includesProject: Status > Is None of > Complete Dead Queue The board populated correctly, with a card in New for project PN1762400.Since then, the project status for PN1762400 has been changed to Dead.The connected card is still showing in the New column. Can/should cards be automatically removed in this situation?

Hello, I am trying to build a report that shows planned v actual hours on a milestone.  I built a task report.  Am trying to figure out how to create a variance column that calculates the difference between actual and planned hours to make this easier for the stakeholders to read.  I had a formula that was giving me a blank column.  simplifying it, i just put a column in there, and its giving me nulls.  See screenshot.   Can anyone advise me on what I need to do, or where there is documentation that explains how to do this?  AI got me this far and suggested using text mode, but there’s something I am missing here and I can’t figure it out on my own.  Thanks in advance! 

One of our groups wants to use the idea or planning project status without those projects being considered in the project condition. I can’t find documentation saying if these two statuses are included in this; does anyone have documentation or know the answer?Thanks!

Hey there, Part of the proofing process is our team verifying that the bookmark/layer names on the PDF are correct. However, you cannot see the bookmark names unless you download the file which unfortunately defeats the purpose of us using the viewer and also comparing files side-by-side. Could this be something that get added in the future?
