Adobe Workfront

Our company has a non-standard Fiscal Year and it makes Reporting on the Fiscal Year very difficult as Calendar year or Quarter are not what our company goes by. Can we make a Setting that sets a Fiscal Year as well as Fiscal Quarters by either Company OR just for an instance?

Hello, I was wondering, is there any way to combine/sum f few expense types and display that sum as a wedge in a piechart. I need to sum up a few different expense types and show those against one different expense type. So 2 wedges in a piechart, one of them is ths sum of a few expense types and the other is just one.

I’m running an access level report in Workfront and I’m trying to get collection data to appear on the report. Based on the API explorer I’d like to get the following fieldsAccess Level PermissionscoreAction forbiddenActions secondaryActionsI set up the collection text mode column and was able to successfully get values for “coreAction”. However, it’s not returning the proper values for forbidden or secondary and instead returns a string of code.  I’ve noticed that the field types for coreAction is different than the other 2 field types Field Type: string vs Field Type: string[]  Anyone able to help solve for this?  

Hello everyone,I've a Fusion job where I create a folder in AEM and then through a custom call to Workfront, I add it as a linked folder in the desired project. As the title says, I am at a loss.  I do not know where to begin, I just know that I need to become the admin.  Does anyone have the patience enough to help me through it?

Is there a way to re-order the custom forms that exist on multiple projects (they exist on all of the projects)? I could not find a way to do it through bulk edit. Thank you.

Hello all,We have several Request Queue Templates that our groups use to embed requests in their projects. These are configured to use the same routing rules as the corresponding “actual” Request Queues.However, none of the embedded requests are visible in the users’ Requests tab or in their Requests widget, even though the regular submitted requests from the main queues show up as expected.I’ve tried to find documentation of this or others in the community encountering the same issue with no luck.Is this a known/temporary issue tied to the new experience, or does this sound like a configuration problem/bug that warrants a Support ticket?Thank you for you input.

I have a proof report that shows me everything I need except the planned routing due date. I have the field attached to all of our issues and projects, but I can’t find a way to get it to show on the report. Anyone have an idea how to do it?

Context: Workfront New Experience (not Fusion) - we want to set up an email notification (not an in-app notification) to a few specific users that lets them know when the status of a request (issue) = New.There is an existing Request Status Change to Request Primary Contact event notification, but we don’t see a way to copy it to make modifications or to copy the html of it so that we can modify it for an email template.Appreciate any assistance - thanks!

Hi,I have a custom form with a field where the users are expected to insert a 3 character code. I would like to have this code validated against a table from Planning, and only accept the user input if that code is not present in the table. Is this something that can be done with field validation?  Thank you in advanceJoao

We have a dropdown field (Project Scope) where the label and value differ (e.g., label = Maui SMA, value = SMA). I’m trying to build a report that displays the value instead of the label, but the only way I’ve found to do this is through text mode— which then disables inline editing.Is there any way to show the value in a report while still keeping inline editing enabled?

Context: I have a report we use weekly to view which users are assigned to a project. We have 1 user assigned to copywriter, 1 user assigned to designer, etc. My report pulls in multiple users sometimes and causes confusion.Example: It pulls in 2 users for designer, when only 1 is the designer on the project because the second user also has a role of designer, but is not assigned to the designer role on the project. They are assigned to the project in a secondary role, they just also happen to be a designer. The need: I need the report to just return the single user assigned to that specific role on the project/task list. I do not want more than one user returned just because they are on the project but not assigned to that role.I’d like to avoid creating custom fields on a project and having to populate them manually for each project and then using those custom fields in the report, though I do think that is a possible solution. Text Code I currently use (works great when there is onl

Hello!  I managed to create a report to count the number of R1-R7 parent tasks in a report. However, when I look at it more closely, the parent tasks are repeating! In the new approvals, I get emailed about everything - every approved/changes/needs work, when it is final decision, etc.  I can see all that in my notifications in WF and it is burying important emails.I can’t seem to find a place to turn it off - any one happen to know?

Hi, I need to find a way to show active projects per month (or ideally, every two weeks) for 2025 and start comparing it to this year. IE, how many projects were active in January 2025 vs January 2026. Not how many projects started or closed, but how many were still active. This seems like it should be an easy report to pull, but I have not been successful. This information is now required by our leadership, so the report is essential. Thanks in advance for any help and advice!

Once Unified Experience is in place in our instance, are there any admin controls to change the icon menu view that users see? I see that Workfront Profile is now accessible from the account avatar. But the other menu icons and account links are very confusing and I would like to limit the user view to a lot of these. Is that possible? We tested with a non-admin user view in Unified Experience and the user sees a lot of information that isn't helpful to a non admin user.Thanks
