Bulk Edit User Profile : Custom Form

We have included custom form in multiple user’s  profile via bulk edit. All fields appearing fine as expected. When I go to user section and filter the user by “Category ID=Form Name” it does not show the user list. For other forms which are added individually to user showing the usernames with category ID field as expected. 

 

I created report and below is my finding: 

If I user Category ID under User it does not show this bulk edits. But if go to ID under category these users shows up

 

Please advise if it is normal behavior and will have impact in future.

Hi ​@BhushanSh, is the filtering broken (e.g. you do not see the users once you filter by the custom form)? Can you provide some screenshots of the error?

Are there other forms attached to these users? I believe it’s a known feature that, if there is more than one custom form attached to an object, filters will only capture the first form that was attached. Therefore your filter needs to be more complex (try a CONTAINS expression). Admittedly, becuase I’ve struggled with this in the past I’ve just...avoided it. But I feel like someone might have an expression for you.

Are you going to ID under CATEGORY or under CATEGORIES? If you are using categories, that sounds normal and to Lyndsy’s point it’s expected behavior when you have more than one form added.
