Enhancement to Milestone Paths

We would like to see some enhancements to milestone paths. Currently you can only associate one milestone path to a project. This creates limitations on enterprise-wide reporting. If we want a global milestone path associated to all projects, then agencies cannot apply a local milestone path to manage work. If leadership wants to see all projects across the enterprise for planning (revenue etc.) We currently have no mechanism to do that.

    ​@DavidMa23 I agree that milestone paths could use a bit of reimaging. To be honest, we stopped using them and instead rely on custom forms to give us similar but more flexible data. In your case, you could create a task custom form that includes one field that represents a milestone path. Add more fields for each milestone path. That would allow you to apply more than one path.
