Task description in Workload Balancer Summary Pane

Is anyone aware of a way to surface the native task description field in the summary pane that displays on the right side of the workload balancer? One of our user groups relies on information added to this field in order to determine the best resource to assign. The summary pane in WL Balancer does not appear to be configurable, and I can’t seem to find a way to get that displayed in WL Balancer interface where they can also see resource capacity, other than asking the PMs to copy the description content into an Update, (since those do appear on the summary pane.). But that is far from ideal. Appreciate any suggestions.

The Description field displays for me. You just have to scroll or jump down to the Details area in the pane. See the screenshot I attached.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. Mine doesn’t display that (see screenshot). But it’s encouraging to see it on yours as that means it’s probably configurable somewhere. Thanks!

Hmm. And you can see the Description field when you click into the Task Details directly? If so, then this might be worth elevating to support.

Yes, I can definitely see it when I navigate to the task details. I do see that there is a way to configure the Summary Panel within layout templates, but the interface for that appears to reference the old Home screen “work list” summary layout, and modifying those settings doesn’t seem to change the WL Balancer summary. I will flag this to support. Thank you!
