WF Proof not getnerating

My WF proof has been generating for over an hour. I have cleared my cache and rebooted and nothing is working.

Hi ​@CarolineTr1, that does happen sometimes. I would recommend that you delete the asset and upload it again and then try to create proof once again. If it still doesn’t work, I recommend you reach out to Adobe Support to see what is the root of the issue. Also, what file type did you try to proof?

It’s a PDF. I am unable to delete and have already submitted a WF ticket but have not received a response.
