Adobe Journey Optimizer

Lets assume I have labeled data with labels: X , Z , K , A , DUser has only assigned labels: X , ZDoes this this mean that user only sees X , Z attributes in personalization window?

When I try and add an asset to a content template in AJO I get this red warning symbol. When browsing for the images we can see them but as soon as you choose it, it then fails. This is a new AJO instance and we cannot get it to work with any AEM Cloud assets. We also have Assets Essentials which works but don’t want to use that as all of our assets are in AEM.  Steps to replicateAdd image block Browse asset Browse through AEM DAM (can see assets) Add asset Error I assume this is a permission issue somewhere but cannot find the root cause.

Hello AJO Community,According to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/audience-qualification-events , there is a potential lag of 30min for Streaming Audiences to enter journeys with the Audience Qualification node and if you need real-time entry, a unitary event should be used. But what about Edge Audiences with the Audience Qualification node? Does that not allow for real-time journey entry or is there a similar lag there as well?

Documentation is totally terribly explained.  Could somebody explain what is this location in the web channel configuration?Web channel configuration. Does it map to Decision Scopes in Web SDK? If yes then why Adobe could not name it Decision Scopes???

Hi all, I have a bit of an urgent ask. We’re trying to track email opens and if a user does not open an email we want to add them to a suppression audience. When looking into this, it seems like the interaction type = open event gets triggered automatically even if an email is not opened. We’ve tested this with 5 different profiles and noticed the same behavior.  Has anyone encountered this issue and what could be a potential way to resolve this. Thanks

Hi Adobe Community / Support Team,I am testing a use case in Adobe Journey Optimizer / AEP and need confirmation on whether this architecture is supported.Scenario:I have two journeys.Journey 2 is triggered by a unitary event. Once the event qualifies, Journey 2 sends an email using an email action node.After Journey 2 sends the email, I can see send/bounce/message feedback events written into the AJO Message Feedback Experience Event dataset. This dataset is enabled for Profile.I created Journey 3 with a unitary event trigger. The intention is for Journey 3 to listen for new message feedback records written after Journey 2 sends the email, filtered by Journey 2’s journeyVersionID. Once Journey 3 is triggered, it uses a custom action to send the latest message feedback data to an external system for immediate feedback of email.What I observed:1. Journey 2 is successfully triggered by the unitary event.2. Journey 2 successfully sends the email.3. Message feedback events are generated fo
