I want to Send 50K emails per day wher my total pool is ~900K then can you help what should be the plan to set up from AJO ?  If yes - how We can handle this situation . Can any one help to create a plan for this

Hi everyone,I'm configuring the List-Unsubscribe Mail-To feature in AJO for a subdomain and need to clarify two points:Keyword Support: Does the Adobe-managed unsubscribe address support manual keywords (e.g., "REMOVE" in the body), or does it only process requests triggered by the automated headers in the email client? If so, can you show me an example of how the mail to button is shown in UI? Profile Sync: Does an unsubscribe via this Mail-To method automatically update the Consent Schema (choice set to opt-out) in the profile, or is manual synchronization required?Looking to confirm if this is fully automated when "Adobe Managed" is selected in the channel configuration.Thanks!

We are ingesting few subscribers from external system to AEP via batch ingestion. These subscribers do show up in an audience which gets created when you create a subscription list in AEP. However, the same subscribers are not visible at report level in AJO’s subscription list report. I wonder how this report can be populated as well.Do share insights on this.Thanks!

Hi team, I need to confirm the evaluation logic for Audience-based Exit Criteria in Adobe Journey Optimizer.Scenario:Entry: Recurring Read Audience (Daily). Exit Criteria: Audience "Profiles who have already received Email 1."Question: Does the exit criteria evaluate the historical state of the profile at the moment of entry?Specifically: If a profile is already a member of the Exit Audience (due to past data) the second they enter the journey, will they exit immediately before hitting the first action node? Or does the exit criteria only "listen" for profiles who become members while already inside the journey?Thanks!

We want to cap the amount of personalised offers that a user is seeing in the webpage. We used custom code channel. We created a campaign with a ranking formula and a decision policy. Hello, I was told that when trying to personalize an email,  using an attribute found on one of my data schemas (XDM ExperienceEvent), that I can’t.  I know I can use the data to create an audience, but I should also be able to use it. The dataset is “enabled for profile” so not sure why I can’t use the attribute.  Montez 

Hello, we need to send Amazon vouchers to our Clients who won a prize contest and we have to do it by email.We also have to send them to custom email addresses which are not in our Customer Data Platform because they are given by the Clients when the sign up for the contest.We are thinking of using the “Override Email Address” function in the Email Action Parameters to input custom email addresses from an external file, but we are not sure of the consequences.Is there a risk that we might create new ECID Profiles if we use email addresses which are not in the Customer Data Platform? Hello ,In my journey, triggered by an experience event, we have an email action that sends an offer based on priority. When the event triggers, the user receives the offer in the email. However, if I disable or update the offer content, I continue receiving the same offer unless I create and activate a new version of the journey.This becomes problematic when offer content changes frequently because it requires reactivating or republishing the journey each time, which complicates the process of using offer decisioning within journeys and campaigns.To clarify, I’m not referring to fetching offers via API—those are functioning fine. Hi Team,I was testing a test email from an API-triggered transactional campaign using Postman across two different email IDs, ensuring all context variable values were filled in. However, I encountered an issue with one email ID accessed via web Outlook: the email alignment is incorrect, and the "View Details Here" link is missing. Interestingly, when opening the same email as a web page, everything displays correctly.For another email ID accessed via the Outlook app, everything appears as expected. Additionally, I triggered a test email to my Gmail ID, and it rendered correctly as well.How can I resolve this issue with web Outlook?Please find the attached images for reference:

Hi, I am working in a system where the same email address can be associated with multiple profiles.  The profiles need to be distinct, however for the purposes of this email send I do not want the same email address to be contacted multiple times, even if each profile would qualify independently.  Previously in Adobe Campaign I would just dedupe my audience on email address. I am trying replicate this kind of behavior in a journey in AJO.  One thought was to use exit criteria for the journey and exit any profiles where the email address had received the contact, but that still means in the initial touch in the journey there could be duplicate email addresses. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and if so how did you manage it?
