actionID in whatsapp tracking

Hi, I configured a webhook for whatsapp and I see responses in Email Tracking but I can’t see actionNodeID or journeyID or campaignID associated with the Whatsapp node or journey/campaign used.

    @Silvio6 From the documentation it should be working as expected. What do you see on the profile events?

    Hi! well this is the event payload:

    I can’t see any messageProfileId, or journeyVersionID or journeyActionId.

    @Silvio6 I believe the core issue is that WhatsApp is currently being treated as a custom channel within AJO. The data tracking the performance and user interactions from this channel is not automatically integrated with or accessible through our OOTB tracking datasets. Probably I would suggest opening a ticket with adobe support to figure out what’s going on.
