Is this somewhere explained in detail?If I have multiple placements at different urls with different offers available for each placement what is the most effective way to render this? Using one rule or multiple rules? What is the best practice to do this at scale?

Customer with three different branches wants to has everything on one sandbox. However they would like to set that specific journeys would be visible for specific users. Is that possible?

Is it possible to set up in journey or in batch campaign that the sendout would be realised only between for example 10am-20pm?

Hello, I read through the available documentation on the new IP warming feature. I understand a user can have multiple phases in an IP warming plan. Each phase can have multiple runs. Also, a user can split runs. What are the benefits of having both phases and runs?When building my IP warming plan, why not just use 1 run per phase or 1 phase with all runs?Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide.  Jeff

I need different roles have different permission level to edit certain audiences, journeys, and content fragments. Some people are allowed to edit certain segments whereas others can use those segment and not able to edit it. Could you please provide me if there is any documentation about this?  Thank you so much!

Hi, I have a bit of an urgent ask.  I've created an audience with enriched attributes using audience composition. I then read the audience (created from audience composition) to an AJO journey and use the update profile action to update certain profile attributes with the value of the enriched attributes from the audience.  When trying to publish the journey I get the error 'The use of audiences and attributes from Audience Composition and Custom Upload is currently unavailable for use with Healthcare Shield or Privacy and Security Shield.'  Is there a way I can resolve for this? We also don't have any active policies in place in AEP.  Thanks

Hi, I followed below steps to create offers and Decisions, but offers not triggered on website. Create offer components like Collection Qualifiers, Rules, PlacementsCreated Offers (gender based), Collections, Decisions Enabled "Offer Decisioning" in datastreamAdded value for scope in Tags-Rule-Send eventSchema created with "XDM Experience Event" with profile enabled. Am able to see "decisionScopes" field value updated in personalization section(tested in Adobe debugger) and also able to see IdentityMap details, Profile also created in AEP.  Am able to see send event command resolved in debugger logs, I am new to websdk Integrations, AJO, not sure how to validate these values.  Please let me know what am missing. 

Hi there, Is there a way to include multiple batch audiences at the start of the journey? Using the Read audience node, I can only select 1 audience, and the only solution I can think of is creating another audience in AEP that contains the multiple audiences - but that's not efficient work. Thanks.

Hi, I am using the out of Box Destination in AJO/AEP to transfer audience form AJO/AEP to SendGrid. Using this documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/email-marketing/sendgridI have used correct Bearer Token and created the connection but the data flow never starts. I have waited more then 24 hours. Is there a way to trigger it of is there something wrong that i am doing. i am under the impression if the Audience is evaluated with counts in it then it should send the data to SendGrid via the destination. Its stays in the No Run state for ever 😞 

Hello,  In my journey where a profile enters via an Event and is sent a Welcome email. Then, after a 30 day wait, I'm required to check to see if the profile has logged in to the app. If they haven't logged in since the initial Welcome, then they are sent a Re-engage.  It would be nice for AJO to have the same feature as ACC where I can send the profiles out the email into a wait statement and then a decision activity where if they have responded in the past 30 days, they go into a loop so they can be checked again the next day.  This can't be done in AJO - so wondering what's the best strategy to handle this?  

Hi , I am just wondering if its possible to convert json offers to html via rendering it via email channel. The reason why i want to do that is because its easy for the source system to generate json offers and send it to AJO. However before sending these offers via email we have to convert it to html for displaying on email.@satheeskannak   

Hello all,  I am trying to configure an AJO cart abandonment journey with a personalized email as shown in this link.  I am not sure on the type of event that is being used for this for the configuration of this use case in the tutorial. I tried using a unitary system generated event, however, it doesn't seem to trigger the journey when I add a product to the cart and do not checkout.  Any help or guidance is appreciated.  Thanks

My question relates to the mirror page link of a sent email. We would like to save the individual mirror page link in our CRM so that our service agents can see the email that the customer has received 1 to 1, but it is currently unclear to us where this individual URL is saved. Can anyone help here?

Hi, I am new to Adobe, have few doubts and queries related to schemas, datastream, websdk integration, Tags, XDM object mapping, AJO, Offers, Decision Management. When selecting Mapping schema in datastream, we can only select schema created with "XDM ExperienceEvent" class not the "XDM Individual Profile" class In Journey and offers decision doc, they mentioned we can trigger offers and journey only to schema created with "XDM Individual Profile" schema class. But if we create datastream with mapping schema as "XDM ExperienceEvent" one, then during Tags - data elements creation - for XDM object type fields mapping, we only get schema fields for event schema but not profile schema. I also selected profile dataset (created only for profile fields), for AEP service in datastream. Am not sure whats the use of selecting profile dataset in datastream AEP service, when fields related to that are not displayed in Tags -XDM object mapping. Am v

Can any one guide me on how create a webhook URL to listen to inbound events in AJO ?The use case is hereI have a image in AEM. I would like to listen to Asset publication event in AEM on AJO and start a Journey to send an email. Therefore i tried to create an event on Adobe IO console to listen to AEM asset publish which has to be connected to the listener (Inbound event) on AJO. I am not sure how to generate this URL on AJO which can listen to this event and start a journey accordingly. Any help on this would be extremely helpful. 

Hi team, I’m encountering the following error after editing a live fragment:**"Fragment backward compatibility failure! The new attributes - [journey.technicalProperties.currentNodeId, person.name.firstName] are not a subset of the previous attributes - [journey.technicalProperties.currentNodeId]."**From my understanding, it seems that adding new personalization elements is causing this error. Is that correct? If so, how can I resolve this issue without deleting or duplicating existing attributes?
