AJO - PushNoValidTokenFoundForApps

Hi,
The client launched an API triggered push campaign in production, but the push notifications are not being sent due to a "PushNoValidTokenFoundForApps" error. The same campaign was previously published in the development environment and worked without issues.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

SOLUTION - the appID in profile was pointing another app that was not the one configured in the push channel surface.

 

For example, profile's app id was pointing A for android and the push channel surface had B for android.
