Hi Team, i need help on this below question 1) When I check the dashboard report in Adobe Campaign Classic, it appears empty—even though the delivery is correctly linked. We’re using a custom target mapping, so I’m trying to determine whether this issue is related to access permissions or a problem with the campaign configuration. Can someone help me identify the root cause? attached screenshot . 2) I send daily emails to around 10,000 customers. I want to implement a rule to exclude any profile that has already received more than 3 emails within the same week from receiving additional emails.   Note : without control from typology because i dont have admin access  

Hello community, I need to obtain a list of workflows that have been successfully executed in a month. Do you know if there is a way to do this? I am using the workflowlog table, extracting the records that contain the text ‘workflow is being run’ to obtain those that have been executed, but I cannot find a way to exclude those that ended in error since I cannot find an execution ID, and if a workflow has been executed several times during the day, I cannot differentiate which execution the error belongs to in the workflowlog table.. Thanks

Looking to see if there is a way to convert date provided in text format "AUGUST 20,2025" to numeric date format "08/20/2025" in ACS workflow? And then , check if that numeric date is prior to today's date.

Hi TeamWe have a below use case, wanted to get your view about how best this can be achieved in Adobe Campaign Classic workflow please: 1. We get Segment Data (1 file) from source containing: studentEmail, studentLibEnrolStatus, studentDepartment, studentDepartmentHead, studentDepartmentEmail2. If students have enrolled to library (studentLibEnrolStatus), we need to send them welcome email3. If students have NOT enrolled to library (studentLibEnrolStatus), we need to 'conslidate' all such students and send notification email to the DepartMentHead; it has to be 1 email mentioning all those students whose enrollment is still pending.4. Segment files flows throughout the day, every 1 hour and we need to send this consilidated email at the end of the every day.5. We could start with query activity, but need guidance about possiblity of above use case to send a 'consolidated' email, at the end of the day.   

Hello @parthasarathy @_manoj_kumar_ I read the documentation...but  unable to und the integration between adobe target and adobe campaign classic, as mentioned in adobe documentation,,,,,,,,For example, you can display different offers for male and female recipients. Same thing we do using Personalisation block also.then why todo this..1.why it is required to do integration with adobe target2.since we are taking audience in adobe target, do we need to do have same customer data in adobe target alsodo we need to  create a work in Adobe campaign classic and then segment the data.............or after adobe campaign to adobe target integration, we need to create work and split the data for male female audience or do we need to just use email delivery acticty and use -Dynamic content served by  TargetDoes it solve the purpose also, what is redirect offer image

How to allow access to native reports, especially the "deliveryStatistics" and "trackingStatistics" reports, to users who do not have the right to do anything else? 

Hello!I've an issue that is impacting our wkfs: we noticed that some delivery activities are running for serveral minutes before being sent to customers. The delivery templates are email templates with barely any personalisation (first name and some other basic personalisation). Here can you see a delivery with 800 customers that took 6 min to process. How can I see what's causing this? Is there a way to see the logs of a delivery in a wkf? When checking under "Journal" I don't get any additional info:In the delivery logs I cannot see anything strange either. It takes 1 min and not 6 min as in the wkf.Start of logs:End of logs: How can I troubleshoot and see what's causing this slowness?

We are preparing for a server upgrade, during which the OS server will be down for a couple of business days. We currently have thousands of active workflows running continuously, and we want to avoid the need to stop and restart them manually.Due to specific filters in our database tables, administrators cannot restart all workflows on their own. Instead, we would need to rely on specific users to restart workflows manually, which is both time-consuming and operationally complex.My question is:Is there a best practice or an automated way to handle workflows during the downtime?For example, is there a way to pause all workflows at once and then resume them after the upgrade?Alternatively, are there any recommendations for minimizing the impact of the downtime on workflows and avoiding manual intervention? Maybe altering some settings in ACC like typology rules etc.We would greatly appreciate your insights and recommendations on how to handle this situation efficiently.Thank y

Hi,I am working in Adobe Campaign Classic and want to calculate a new field in an Enrichment activity using JavaScript (Initialization script), and then use this field in later workflow activities (such as Query, Split, or Export).Specifically, I want to calculate the maximum value from a set of fields, using some logic, and store the result as a new field (for example, maxScore). What does “Create or use a list with its own table” mean?If I check this option, the list type saved is List.If I uncheck this option, the list type saved is Group.What difference does this make? 2. In Database used for storing the list table, there are below options:i. Adobe Campaign databaseii. Database of targeting dimensionsiii. Share with ACS Kindly help me to understand the above points.
