Hi: Okay, Doug - we thought about that. We thought of having one and only one Admin account, and all of the admin people have regular PM-level access. When someone needs to make Admin changes, the Admin on duty makes the change using that one account and announces it to the group of Admins. We even thought of creating a request in a queue and then making the changes in alignment with what was in the queue. Lots of documentation to know who did what. It was felt that it was too much bureaucracy, so in the end, I am the only one who makes admin changes to the system. My other admins are permitted to make changes on projects, like a PM, but I’m the only one who goes into Setup and does anything. I like the idea of simply having access to system logs. I’d be happy logging into
http://syslog.crowley.workfront.com/ (not a real URL, yet, of course). Then I log in and peruse sys logs for Crowley’s instance. That would be pretty neat. Thanks, Eric
