We're having a major issue which is preventing our global teams from working together in Workfront. Our project managers in the US and Manila are seeing different dates for our tasks. US teams see one set of dates and Manilla PMs see a day ahead. This is causing confusion and inefficiencies.
And it keeps happening even though our Manilla PMs' profiles are set to be in EST (see attached screenshot).
Can anyone help us resolve this so that we are all working on US time and see the exact same dates? Thanks!

Sooo, the documentation around timezone handling is a bit unclear and contradictory, but I do know for a fact that Workfront uses multiple timezone settings that can conflict with each other. In this case, your user profile timezone setting AND your browser's timezone detection.

The exact hierarchy between these settings isn't clearly documented.
