@MelissaMa26 Heya!
Sooo, the documentation around timezone handling is a bit unclear and contradictory, but I do know for a fact that Workfront uses multiple timezone settings that can conflict with each other. In this case, your user profile timezone setting AND your browser's timezone detection.
Here's some further reading: Working across time zones | Adobe Workfront
The exact hierarchy between these settings isn't clearly documented.
Here are some things to try out:
- Try changing browser timezone/locale settings: Adobe's documentation suggests that "the time zone in your browser should be configured for the location where you work" and that this affects "times for an object you work on, such as start and end times." Your Manila team could test changing their browser language/region to "English (United States)" to see if this forces timezone detection.
- Verify system-level settings: Check with your admin regarding your org's default timezone settings at the system level.
- Test with different browsers: Have your Manila PMs try accessing Workfront from a different browser or incognito mode to see if the dates display differently.
