Quick Tip: Highlight critical data on reports by using conditional formatting

Avatar

Administrator

You can use conditional formatting to quickly locate data that needs your attention, highlight specific cells in red, bolding text to make it easier to read, etc.

Take it up a notch and compare fields with conditional formatting. For example, if the Actual Start Date of a task is after the Planned Start Date you can highlight the Planned Start Date column using conditional formatting.
