Report on Deleted Documents

I'm trying to run a report to see deleted documents on a project. I can see in the system updates where is says "User X deleted document A" with a date and time stamp. 

 

However, when I run the journal entry report I can't seem to get the name of the document to appear only that a document was deleted. 

 

What am I missing? Can this be done?

I posted too soon. Should have tried a couple more fields. The document name can be seen in "additional info 1".
