Intermittent performance issues and error messages

Does anyone else using Workfront experience intermittent performance issues and error messages?

Our staff frequently encounter errors loading projects and dashboards throughout the day. Either the whole dashboard fails to load with a message stating, 'An error has occurred, and we are working to resolve the request.' Or we get a 'red' error window that appears in the upper right of the screen with various messages. See the attached screenshots.

We've opened tickets with support, who want to request access to our system, but the errors are intermittent so they'll never see them. We asked if they could look at logs on their side but they didn't indicate if that was possible.

Has anyone else been dealing with this?  Has support been able to identify the cause?

Yes.   Since moving to Admin Console and Unified Experience we have been experience several issues such as latency and error like your files wf-error.png and wf-error-4.png.   We reported to the Support Desk - but they could not help and asked me to video the error so they can trouble shoot.   I am not able to record my screen - I would have to record it all day long to catch an error because the errors are not consistent.    I gave up working with the Support Desk and just dealing with it at the moment (including all of our users).

Thank you for the response!  Interesting that it got worse after moving to Admin Console/Unified Experience.  We haven't moved yet, I'm hoping by the time we do they've ironed out some of the issues I've read about.

I'm going to keep trying with support, but it's frustrating when they say 'prove it', despite us having screenshots with timestamps. They're putting the further burden of proof on us, when we can't really give them much more information without direct access to logs that they should be able to look at on their side.

Same.   We have provided screen shots and access to the Support Desk.   No luck.    At first I thought it was our network, but this happens when I am at home and not on our company VPN.   Hope things get better for you.
