How to add images to a custom form I'm creating

Avatar

I'm new to WF and trying to build a custom form with some helpful how to screenshots. I understand I need an URL to add an image. I'm struggling trying to figure out why the link isn't working. It's telling me "Please add a valid URL" These images are saved as PNGs in my own Outlook library.

Hi,

you basically have to put a 'LIVE' web URL in that field.

We use images we've published in Assets to dynamic media

Vicki,

You could store these images in your Documents area within Workfront, making sure for sharing that you select make visible system-wide so any of your users will be able to view the image in the form.  From there, you can use the URL of your document (clicking document details then doing right-click on the Preview button should show a dialog menu where you can choose copy URL link).  This is a "live" URL so you can input in your form field.  Hope this helps.
