Bulk download issue
Some of our team members are trying to bulk download documents in requests but either nothing happens or an error occurs.
I have tried as well and getting the same issue. There isn't any issue status on the website so not sure why this is happening.

Do you get the same experience when trying to download from a different browser? What about in incognito? If fine in incognito, clear your cache. Or are you trying to download a file that would you'd need to open in an application you do not have?
