Anyone know why the first question on the practice test of the Workfront Expert Core Developer Certification is: "How frequently are property taxes collected for hawaii?"

The answer would be twice per year.

Why you need to know that is beyond me. It is a practice test and somebody's place holder question probably was inadvertently left in there. I guess it would affect your score though.
