Completely new to Workfront, how do we push assets to AEM Assets (AEMaaCS Assets)

How do we push assets to AEMaaCS from approved workfront assets? does this include javascript, java? I am an enginner.

I would suggest looking into the documentation on setting up the integration between Workfront and AEM.
