Adobe Workfront

I am not able to connect my gmail with fusion, I have followed all the steps mentioned in fusion documention and updated google console, then also it is throwing this error. Please help me get through this.  

Description - Would like to have a description area to be able to apply information about how a calendar to provide information regarding a calendarWhy is this feature important to you - This would be a place where information can be provided on how to use the intended calendar, simple instructions about the different views and to provide some information for admin governance needs.How would you like the feature to work - Add description area that can be seen at the top of the calendar or can be added to the left navigation panel.Current Behavior: This does not exist.

Hello community - I am new to Fusion and looking to use Fusion to create a report (or notification if report isn’t an option) that is a list of a users current proofs they are a “reviewer” only on. I don’t see any templates remotely close to this so starting here to see if anyone has done something similar or has any recommendations to get this to work.  So far looking to do the following: watch event for new proof Read the record of the proof to pull role filter by the role “reviewer”  Create report (or notification) What am I missing? 

Hi everyone,How are you handling interactive proofing for Adobe Experience Manager Sites pages?I’m working on a use case where the client wants to use interactive proofs in Workfront Proof to review and approve pages that are still in preview. The challenge is that the preview environment is behind authentication, and interactive proofing doesn’t support authenticated access.Have you found any viable workarounds or alternative approaches in this scenario?I’m aware of fallback options like manually capturing screenshots or screen recordings, but ideally we’d like to retain the benefits of interactive proofing.Also curious if tools like Frame.io offer a better solution for this kind of workflow, or if there are other patterns you’d recommend. Thanks!

There should be a capability to either remove or disable the native Subject filed in Workfront request flows. If removal or disabling not possible at least should have capability to either modify its name or either move it to a different location on the form or within embedded custom form.We have been tackling with this issue from quite a while now, so having this adaptability of “Subject” field would be great feature.

Web Team’s ViewI have created a Processed Web Request report and am hitting a roadblock when sharing with two members of the Web Team. Their report is blank, they can see the Title of the Report Name, that is all.I have checked their access to reports and they are both set to Edit. I’m not certain why they cannot see the full data collected.  They are not system admins, they have a Standard License.  Thank you,Jenny

Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue. 

Does the Workfront Planning connection only support the objects listed below? not Tasks and Issues?  

Does anyone have a checklist of the things we need to address before an Admin is deactivated to prevent any disruption? I know calendars will go away with their owners, an reports that run as the user, but is there anything else I may be forgetting. Also, will it effect Fusion scenarios in any way?

Hi all—looking for some ideas/best practices here!I’m exploring how to automate task completions in Workfront based on proof decisions. From what I understand, this requires the document to live at the task level. If that’s the case, I’m curious how others are handling version control across multiple rounds of edits.Do you typically reuse the same task for each round, or create new tasks for each version? Trying to avoid things getting messy while still enabling automation.Example of what I’m trying to achieve:Design R1 – Designer uploads file to the task and marks complete Creative Review R1 – Proof is created and routed for approval Approved → completes Creative Review and moves to execution Changes Required → completes Creative Review and moves to Design R2 → Creative Review R2 This cycle would repeat until final approval.Would love to hear how others are handling this—especially if you’ve found a clean way to manage versions + automation together. I’m just wondering where your teams are getting the best value out of the AI assistant in Workfront. I’m not getting much feedback so far from our user base - I’d love to hear where it’s showing time efficiencies for your users

I keep getting a “Forbidden resource” pop-up when opening Fusion scenarios recently: Is anyone else getting this?  I can still run/edit the scenarios, but I can no longer access the Incomplete Executions tab.  Last week I got an email about an incomplete execution; the scenario in question runs once daily, so I was able to able to go into the History tab and look at the most recent entry to find the issue.  My concern is with scenarios that have instant triggers--if any runs have an incomplete execution, it may be harder to identify them using just the History tab (some scenarios have hundreds of executions per day).I wanted to check if anyone else has seen this behavior in their Fusion instance.

Hi everyone, I have a scenario that attaches a couple of custom forms to an issue. It was working fine cca 4 hours ago, but all of the sudden I start getting the following error:The operation failed with an error. [422] APIModel V22_0 action assignCategory does not support argument named alreadyAttachedThe original module being used is Misc Action, with the following setup  And I also tried using a Custom API Call as such   Both modules give me the same error message. I’m really at a loss here, especially since this was working today without issues.Any ideas what can be the issue or how I can fix this? Thank you

Hello,Is it possible to create dynamic templates that can be used when creating a project from either a template or a request?For example:When creating a new project and selecting a template, can related sub-templates be displayed under the main template for selection?If that is not possible, is there an alternative approach where, after selecting a template, certain fields on the project creation page can be used to dynamically adjust values—such as applying a different template configuration or modifying custom fields based on those inputs?

Hello!I need to write a report that captures how many total active jobs there were in any given month of a year. My main problem is our active status’ are custom fields and WF doesn’t seem to want to work with those.How do I get this report?ThanksJustin

I have a ticket open with Support about this, but I’m curious to know if anyone else is facing this. We have a large number of dashboards pinned via Layout Template to the Portfolio or Program object - things like a portfolio snapshot, program snapshot, air traffic control, that sort of thing. Previously, you could build the reports on those dashboards and not require a filter for a specific program or portfolio - they would automatically filter results down to the respective object you were viewing the pinned dashboard from. So if you were viewing the dashboard from within Portfolio A, it would NOT show you results from Portfolio B or Portfolio C. However, if you opened a specific report in another tab outside of the current Portfolio, it would show you results from the entire system (assuming you didn’t have something in your filter to prevent that from happening).Today, our Portfolio pinned dashboards work as expected, but our Program ones do not.
