How can I use Fusion to create issues every time a new document is uploaded in a specific campaign?  I do not want the same document to go through the scenario more than once, only new documents uploaded to same campaign. Any suggestions on the best way to do this would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello, is there a way to create a report of every issue that goes through my scenario? I would like to keep track of the issues that go through my scenario, any suggestions on how to do this. 

I know that Microsoft Teams has a WF application and it also has a webhook feature that allows you to send messages to channels. Has anybody worked with Teams via Fusion and found a way to send individual users messages through Fusion?
