Workload Balancer Summary Panel

Avatar

I am customizing a workload balancer for a resource manager.  One feature they want to use is the summary panel to make quick updates.  When I added the balancer as an external page to their dashboard, the summary panel was no longer visible and updates could not be made directly from the page.  Is there a setting I'm missing to resolve this issue?

You should see all the same functionality, you're just viewing it from within the dashboard. I just tested on my end and can use the summary panel for any of the WLB items from within the dashboard I pulled the WLB into. Try going to the dashboard setting and increasing the heigh to 1000 instead of the default 500 when adding an external page. If that still doesn't work and you cannot use the summary panel at all then I'd submit a Support ticket bc that sounds like a bug.

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

Unfortunately, increasing the balancer height didn't do the trick.  I've submitted a ticket to support.  Thanks for your input!  It was helpful to know that function works for others.

Adobe support let me know the summary panel is not available when the Workload balancer is added to a dashboard for security reasons. I shared the link to the workload balancer directly with the user to resolve the issue.
