Screenshot 2024-03-04 at 4.07.42 PM.pngTHANK YOU to these three amazing panelists for sharing their experience and advice for Workfront career development in partnership with Adobe Workfront Customer Success team (@CynthiaBoon@LeslieSpier, and myself)

  • Kellie Gardner @KellieGardner , Senior Workfront Administrator | Western Alliance Bank
  • Kiersten Kollins @Kiersten_K , Senior Marketing Ops Technologist | DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse
  • Heather Kulbacki @Heather_Kulbacki , Workfront Administrator | Avalere Health

For those who were not able to attend last week's session, you can watch the on-demand panel here and download a copy of the slide deck from the attached PDF. Some highlights from the session are detailed below:

  • Being proactive, taking initiative, and showing curiosity are important for career development.
  • Ongoing training and certifications are critical for career growth. Recommendations included bootcamps, community forums, and networking.
  • Being an influencer and an effective communicator are essential skills.
  • Tracking work in Workfront helps demonstrate value and the need for more staff, along with sharing progress with leadership. Need help in building your case for a Full-Time System Admin, review this on-demand session!
  • Getting users to submit all requests through Workfront instead of email/chat takes persistence but pays off long-term.
  • Next steps can include expanding their teams, managing people while staying involved, and learning new Workfront capabilities like Fusion.

If there is a Workfront related job opening at your organization, be sure to post it on the Job Board and if you're interested in a new opportunity, check there first.
