@jerflo Hey Jeremy! Priorities is looking great, and love the calendar improvements that we talked about as a spin off to the Home Calendar view... can you confirm if the team is going to try and piggy back on the Week-View enhancements that @LilitM talked through to get that into Priorities? Month view is great, but many individual contributors (mainstay users of Priorities) are thinking "what do I need to get done today / this week" rather than a month out.
PS. If we could make those tasks block on the calendar (ie a 2 hour task can be dragged to be 1-3PM) it would be amazing!

Thanks to the whole team, great session today!

Hey @Daniel_Clarke - thanks so much! Yes, we have "Week" and "Day" view for Priorities Calendar on our roadmap.  Thanks for the feedback. Stay tuned

I might have missed this on the call, but is there a way to show proofs, on the home page or priority page, where users are only reviewers. Currently only the users who are approvers on proofs can see them in the home screen approvals widget. Would love to find an easier way for our reviewers to find their proofs without having to dig through emails or find them in the notification center.

This is something I've also been trying to solve for, so I'd love to know this as well!

@jerflo Is it just the "Catch Me Up" feature that's AI powered?

We're still on the old subscription model (about to begin renewal, likely to the Prime Standard licenses), and I know it will take time and effort to get any form of AI approved with our IT organization.

I'd like to know what we will and won't be getting with Priorities, which looked incredible in the demo.

Thank you!

Hi @JamesMa4 - Great question! Both "Catch Me Up" and Smart Filters are AI-powered features. Here's a quick breakdown:

  • Catch Me Up: Delivered exclusively through the Priorities UI via the AI Assistant, this feature summarizes updates and highlights for active projects where you're assigned work.

  • Smart Filters: Standard with the Priorities experience, these help you find and focus on work items that matter most by dynamically surfacing tasks or issues based on your natural language prompts.

A few other details:

Catch Me Up requires access to the AI Assistant, meaning your organization would need to (a) enable this feature and (b) sign the legal rider agreement to use it. Smart Filters, on the other hand, would not require any additional AI-related approvals.

Hope this helps clarify!

I know this isn't fully related to next release, but since some product people are watching this.
I wanted to share feedback that Workfront's MS teams app is really poor in terms of capabilities in comparison to e.g. monday.com or jira apps
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Egj4CBrcejs&t=71s

https://youtu.be/_MWiWAR_QiA?feature=shared&t=112

any chance for the Teams app to actually get developed beyond pure notification chat?

Hey Rafal,

It will expand to do more. We are in a strategic partnership with Microsoft to deliver more than a Teams app but developing an Adobe Marketing Agent tied into the Microsoft Copilot that is accessible by Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

is this something we can expect in let's say next 12months?

Just a couple thoughts on the new dashboard limitation of 25 reports/items per dash...

  1. If the system can track how many reports are on a dashboard, could we get that as a reportable field? Scrubbing our dashboards to make sure that none would be impacted by this change was pretty manual, and I would have loved to see a count of items per board at a glance! Watch that someone replies that this is already a thing and I just missed it... haha. When looking at the Dashboard reporting (not something I often do)- I realized too that I couldn't find data on number of views, last view dates, so on. These would also be helpful to have for maintenance and auditing purposes!

  2. Our couple dashboards that were impacted, had so many items because we have images linked to explain to users what they are looking at on various reports. I included an example here below. We do this as a workaround since report descriptions can't display on dashboards. I am excited that this functionality has been rolled out on Canvas dashboards, but we can't migrate to those until they are able to use charts and such like old dashboards. Not a huge deal, but just sharing that the new limitation would be easier to abide by for some of these big KPI dashboards if we could display report descriptions on the "old" dashboard type. Or finish flushing out Canvas so we can move on over to that.

@CynthiaBoon

one more from me. How we should understand this:

Rafal_Bainie_0-1737032742576.png

is this functionality going away completely, will it be available at future date?

Hey there!

I checked with the Product team, and they advised that this is more of an environment change.  The change was more about consistency, and that the smart assignments now work the same way in Preview and fast release Production as they have worked in the Production environment for all customers in the following areas:

  • When adding assignments to a new task

  • When adding assignments to an existing task

For more information, see Smart assignments overview.

Hopefully this helps!

thanks Cynthia, so this basically is means that with 25.1 release all environments will have smart assignments working in exactly the same way, correct?

I checked with Product and that's correct! (I was a bit confused by the wording on that feature, so I had to double-check.)
