Agreed! I like this idea - it would be nice to give the users the option to opt in or opt out of the notifications from Fusion. 

The "Create" action/module will essentially "create" a new record, so fields left blank for a new record should remain blank.  While I'm unfamiliar with your scenario/requirements, you should be able to update the fields you want based on your requirements after selecting the form and only entering ...

Ya, I also saw the same in terms of just using it - the entire form selected would just disappear and re-appear. All I can say to you all is backup your scenarios as json scripts just to be on the safe side.

Maybe we can write a scenario for that? 
