Welcome to the Adobe Workfront Customer Success onboarding blog! Our team is grounded in the desire to help all customers achieve maximum value from Workfront through accelerating adoption, establishing governance, and guiding your path to maturity. As a new Workfront customer, you are investing in the opportunity to maximize your organization’s work. Now that you’ve selected your solution, and your services partner to implement the technology, it’s time to embark on your Work Management journey!  

In this blog, we will introduce you to the key milestones from Initial Value Alignment through Initial Value Confirmation, and supporting resources created by our Customer Success organization to supplement your implementation experience and lay the foundation for long-term value and success. In this guide, you will find self-guided resources, as well as live events hosted by our Customer Success team which are available to all members of our Workfront community.

Initial Value Alignment: As you begin your Workfront journey with your sights set on transforming your organization, it's important to articulate iterative value achievement along your journey. Organizations that identify and achieve iterative value throughout their journey see increased adoption and accelerate their maturity of Workfront. Here is an example of how to break down your goals to align on your initial value objectives: 

Goal: Our organization seeks to centralize all work through Workfront as our Marketing System of Record.  

Potential Initial Value Objective: All marketing intake conducted via Workfront (launch 6 request queues and do not accept any work outside of Workfront) 

Stakeholder Onboarding: Your team has selected Workfront because you know how important it is to manage your digital work as a Tier 1 asset. Now, let’s make sure you and your team have the foundational elements critical to leveraging everything Adobe Workfront has to offer across your journey. It’s important to arm all stakeholders with best practices to ensure long-term success. Please review the content we’ve curated for you, and distribute across your team as appropriate.  

Launch Readiness: Transforming work in the digital age is no small feat. Your team will be hard at work on the nuts and bolts of configuring your Workfront instance to align with your current processes and future goals. Adobe Workfront’s Customer Success team has developed resources to bolster your readiness as you embark on your implementation journey.  

Success Foundations: Start early by laying the foundations of a successful adoption of Workfront leveraging these resources.   

Each month, the Adobe Workfront Customer Success team hosts FREE, interactive workshops on various topics for System Administrators. If you're looking to learn and connect with other System Admins, get a dose of inspiration, or practice some new Workfront skills, check out the list of topics and sign up for one, or all events. Topics vary month-to-month, so be sure to look for the monthly announcement center message and register on the Events page on Adobe Experience League 

Initial Value Confirmation: Adobe customers who confirm their initial value and evangelize wins foster cultures of continuous improvement. Now that your teams are live on Workfront, it’s time to start measuring your achievements!
