I would say that if SharePoint you're using is online version than the MS files stored there are considered MS Excel 365 and therefore you should be able to leverage excel connector in Fusion. Previous response from Lars is likely correct if you are using legacy SharePoint instance

I believe you cannot use rich text fields in expressions. To verify this, try this formula in calculated field in Custom Forms section. I'm pretty sure this formula won't work there either.

I'm not so sure if downloading doc is being tracked. Linked documentation only mentions creation and deletion of a document. I have this enabled and I don't see any entries on downloads....
