I follow similar process as Kellie mentioned. For majority of the reports I have them configured without options to adjust views/groupings/filters. Report "consumers" are not expected to be reporting experts and having to configure them additionally.

Just in case his has been missed. Administrators have out of the box reminders available.

I think description is pretty clear, action was not completed because there was parallel action happening on the project. I would just re-try, e.g. with error handler.If I get this type of error in incomplete executions I usually don't have issues with re-running them successfully 

Please check group status settings for the relevant project where you see discrepancies

this one is fairly easy if you are admin or at least a group admin for group where you want to modify this. Statuses are first organized on system level and than on group level: hope this helps
