and to answer the other question yes, workfront will flag that to you that another user made edits to the form while you had one open, and you can decide if you want to save your changes or to keep changes made by another user

We have OOO feature build out in Fusion which basically works like in Outlook, you can turn it on/off whenever you want or specify hours when OOO should be sent.
