Becker, Something like the below?  For the below I setup conditional formatting to show a green dot first when the field wasn't empty.  I then went into textmode and changed the url of the green dot to be the URL you had above, seems to work.    

ChristineZh2, It does look like your instance may be having an issue.  I setup something similar to test my calcs come through fine without the NA.  I used your calc and just updated my field names and it works fine.  It seems you've done everything right.
