  • Thanks Narayan! I appreciate your response. I'm not sure why passing tickets from one queue to another or changing assignments is necessarily a workflow breakdown, but I can definitely believe that we may be using the system in an unorthodox way or beyond the purposes originally intended. We pull i...

  • How would I filter for issues that were originally entered into a specific queue/project, whether or not it is still in that project at the time of the report? For example, I can see Audit Text where it mentions project changes ('Project changed from "[Project 1]" to "[Project 2]"'), but no Audit T...

  • Update: after reaching out to Workfront, it appears Team assignment changes are not accessible through Notes/Audit Logs. You can only reach this data via the API through the Updates object. We're trying to see if we can make this work. It looks promising so far. Nathan Roberts

  • Fellow Workfront Warriors, I'm looking at our logged Note/Audit Log information and I can see some Assignment data being captured in the Audit Text -- but only for the primary assignee under the "Scope Change" Audit Type. But other assignment information is listed under the Update tab. So it must ex...

  • If you delete " namekey=OCI Strategies2" and replace it with "name=" I think it should leave the column header as blank. If I understood your question, hopefully that helps. Nathan Roberts

  • I'm wondering if there are any date-based variables for minutes and seconds? I know q=quarter, h=hour, d=day, etc, but I can't anything similar for minutes or seconds . . . My underlying goal is to create a custom field (iitDevStatusStart2) to capture the time an issue goes into development status ...

  • Thank you Doug! I really appreciate your quick answer. I actually read through that article during my research but I didn't see anything directly on point. Regardless, I trust that you know what you're talking about and I see what you mean about it being a discrete number of options. I will try to ...

  • I'm trying to create an issue-based report filter that will match a user's region (using a custom user field called "IIT Region") to the project's region, using that same field applied to the project. Is it possible to use a user-based variable ($$USER) in such a cross object reference with a custom...

  • Thank you Doug! I understood what you were saying. My issue was that there didn't appear to be ANY guaranteed-to-be-true rule. But doubling them up seems to be working really well (I had tried that earlier but couldn't get it to work). Thanks for all your help! Nathan Nathan Roberts doTERRA
